Ce bien nommé condo 1 chambre dans le West End offre une vue sur le Pilgrim Monument et est situé à deux pâtés de maisons de l'épicerie. Il y a avant et arrière terrasses meublées, et des équipements de plage sont inclus. Les nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable, la télévision par câble, Internet, un barbecue et une place de parking deeded sont inclus, et les draps sont fournis.

Nous sommes à cinq minutes de Joe Coffee et Commercial Street, sept minutes du marché et de l'art des galeries de l'agriculteur, et à distance de marche des restaurants et des magasins.

Fantastic!

If you want a warm and comfortable condo in a super convenient location, this is the place. Truly a piece of heaven. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed it and would stay there again!

Perfect Property

This property is perfect for P'Town...close enough to the action yet far enough away from the crowds and noise. Very well appointed and well kept. Especially wonderful are the two decks so you can be outside both morning and evening. We will definitely go back.

It was the perfect spot for my partner & I. We loved that it was centrally located, yet off the beaten path. The unit served our needs for the week & we especially sitting on the deck overlooking the beautiful landscape. Since we live in an urban area, we especially loved the peace & quiet. Wish we could have stayed longer it was just what we needed.

Great, convenient condo in Ptown

This is a very comfortable and convenient condo in Ptown. We didn't have a car, and it is incredibly close to everything you would want to do, yet just off the beaten path and quiet. It has a lovely deck to enjoy a morning coffee, a comfortable bed, and is nicely decorated. REALLY appreciated that the owner provides everything you need, including beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach towels. My only small negative would be that since the condo faces west, on a very very warm day it heats up significantly in the afternoon....the AC will cool down the bedroom but not the living room. However, we only had one such day and who wants to be inside on a beautiful day in ptown anyway. Go to the beach or have a drink at the Boatslip!

Thanks for that great review. We tried to provide everything we want to have while vacationing. We typically turn up the AC in the bedroom on hot days and open the bedroom door to cool the place down and we turn on both ceiling fans as well. We agree that heading over to the Boatslip/Crown & Anchor for a drink or hitting the beach also cools us down. We hope to see you again next summer. Rose & Mona

A great rental in a great location

This was a great place for us to stay during our 8 days in Ptown. It was less than five minutes walk to Joe’s Coffee and Liz’s Cafe. And just a few more minutes to a bunch of places along Commercial Street. But it’s surrounded by lush gardens and tucked away from busy crowds. It’s also a quick walk to the grocery store. The condo itself is well appointed. The kitchen is well stocked with basic cookware and utensils. Perfect for our breakfasts abs lunches. The shower is a bit small for two larger guys but the pause button on the shower head was convenient to soap up. The towels were very plush and soft. The bed was comfortable which is always my biggest let down with rentals. We followed the owners instructions to move air around the house and didn’t have an issue with afternoon heat. Very easy check in and out process as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Heaven Indeed

My husband and I spent our second year in this beautiful property and could not be more grateful to have found it. It is beautifully decorated, clean as a whistle, a beautiful environment, two outdoor spaces, a lovely setting, everything you could need to stay for weeks or months and all things you need to have a wonderful experience; from wine glasses to dishes to lovely towels and more. We would stay here for weeks at a time if we had the opportunity. Communication with the owners is easy as could be and they are lovely. I gie this 30 stars out of 5.

Awesome Condo!

We were very pleased with the location of this condo. It was quick to get to Commercial St, Stop n Shop, etc. The condo was just as the pictures noted, clean and comfortable. The 2 decks were perfect...shade or sun! The kitchen was stocked for us to cook our meals and the gas grill was clean and new. We wish there was a TV in the living room, and the front room does get warm if you don't keep the AC on all day with the ceiling fan/tower fan on, but we found that out (it was a very hot week) early on in the week. Other than these minor things, we loved the condo and would definitely stay here again! Thanks Rose & Mona!

Home away from home.

This was my second 2 week stay at this unit (last time in 2019) and plan to rent on future visits to Provincetown. Mona and Rose are responsive to any issues. The kitchen has everything you need if you plan to cook. The neighbors are also very friendly.

Quiet and comfortable home

Mona and Rose provide a great home to stay in while in Ptown. Comfortable, clean, close enough to all of the restaurants and sites but still quiet and restful. Neighbors are very nice and helpful. Will definitely stay here again!

A Bit of Heaven in PTown

My husband and I always worry about renting sight unseen. The photos are always lovely and the reality not always so. This time reality exceeded both the photos and our expectations. The place is beautiful and modern. Well appointed, beautifully kept and in a cluster of apartments that were quiet and filled with gardens and flowers. Two porches that afforded us time in either the sun or shade at any time of day. Everything we needed in the kitchen, including martini glasses ( an essential for vacation). And the location in town is perfect. We could not have been more delighted and hope to stay here many more times. The hosts were helpful and communication very easy and immediate.

Perfect oasis in the middle of Provincetown

Mona and Rose's place was beyond perfect! From the private front porch with brand new grill for a BBQ, to the beautiful lawn with flowers to enjoy during your morning coffee their place offered everything you'd want. The living area is plenty sufficient and the dining table comfortably fit 4 people for dinner. The split AC unit kept the bedroom as cold as you could want, and the ceiling fans helped circulate the air wonderfully. I'd love to spend another week, or more, at their place. Walking distance to the Boat Slip and Tea Dance along with almost any restaurant you can think of rounded out this perfect experience. PRO Tip, had a fantastic Mexican meal at Chachs which is right on the backside of Shankpainter and VERY close to the apt, when it was a stormy evening. Thank you for a fantastic stay! To be 100% fair the stand-up shower is on the smaller side but 100% sufficient and water pressure is nice! Linens/towels galore which was a very nice touch for the beach and showering.

Great condo and location!

This was my first time to Provincetown and Rose’s condo was the perfect accommodation and location for me. I would highly recommend anyone who is thinking about renting it to do so.

We are a couple that enjoy the beauty and uniqueness of Ptown. We live south of Boston and enjoy hiking, the beach and supporting the local restaurants and merchants. We enjoy our condo and only rent during the summer. We hope that you treat our home like you would your own. Enjoy!!!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

You will not be disappointed renting our unit. It is in a small condo association, quiet yet only 2 blocks from all the action. It is well appointed and comfortable. The unit has good outdoor space with a front deck and a small deck off the bedroom. The beaches in Ptown are incredible and we want you to enjoy them. We have supplied beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and a cooler bag.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Walking distance to Commercial Street and Joe's Cafe (5mins) as well as Stop&Shop Supermarket, Mac's Seafood and the local liquor store.
We have a beautiful garden (hidden gem) and private front and back decks.
We are lucky to have a few condo owners who live on the property-year round.
