You'll quickly fall in love with these charming accommodations, perfect for a coupleâs getaway or a trip with friends. Enjoy the tranquil scenery with a picnic lunch outdoors or by spending time in nature. Your furry friend will love the fenced-in yard, perfect for running around and stretching their paws.
The Space:
As you plan out your exploration of the greater Marble Falls area, picture yourself hiking through the stunning granite outcroppings of Granite Mountain or soaking in the breathtaking views from Balcones Canyonlands National Wildlife Refuge. The town's vibrant streets offer an array of quaint shops, art galleries, and delicious dining options, ensuring there's something for everyone. Up for an adventure or a day on the water? Lake Marble Falls and Lake LBJ are just minutes away.
The homeâs interior features an open floorplan conducive to connectivity and entertainment, where no one will be left out of the conversation wherever they may roam. Sink into plush sofa seating to provide relief for your feet at the end of long days, streaming all your favorite shows and movies on the mounted smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen can accommodate all your mealtime needs, with full sized appliances and ample counterspace and cabinetry for preparation and storage. Keep dining casual at the countertop with stool seating for 3 or gather around the dining table for more formal fare with seating for 6.
This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.
Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity, a soaking bathtub, and glass walk-in shower.
Bedroom #2 includes a twin-over-full bunk bed, woodstove, and ensuite half bathroom with a large single vanity.

âą Washer and dryer in home.
âą Driveway parking available for 4 vehicles.
âą This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras. The first is located on the front door, actively monitoring the front walkway. The second is located on the storage garage in the back of the property (guests do not have access), actively monitoring the storage garage.
âą This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 1 dog may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $75 that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
âą Detached carport is not available for guest use.
âą In Hill Country where bugs and scorpions are not always avoidable - the property will have pest control routinely, but some things are unavoidable.
âą Boat trailer parking is available.
âą Firewood for the wood-burning woodstove in bedroom is not provided. Fireplace in living room is decorative only.

If you want to venture out further, the thriving cities of Austin (70 minutes) and San Antonio (1.75 hours) are easy day trip destinations where you can explore unique urban centers. There are 67 wineries and breweries located in the Central Texas area that make for great day trip destinations as well!

âą Vacation rental use only.
âą Check-In/Check-Out: Early check-in requests within 24 hours of arrival. Late check-out requests by 10 AM the day before departure. Early check-in and late check-out may incur a fee up to $100.
âą Occupancy: Follow city occupancy rules; children under 2 not counted. Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.
âą Quiet Hours: 9 PM â 8 AM; noise under 60 dBA. $500 fine for noise violations.
âą Property Inspection: Notify us of any issues immediately. We may inspect at any time for rule violations.
âą Pets: Must be pre-approved. If pets are authorized, fees are collected after booking confirmation. Unauthorized pets incur extra fees and fines.
âą Cleaning: Remove trash and load & run dishwasher upon check-out. Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
âą Utilities & Appliances: Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional fees. Use appliances as intended.
âą Parking: Follow local parking rules. Fines for violations.
âą Safety & Security: No illegal activities or hazardous materials. Properties may have surveillance.
âą Maintenance: Report issues promptly. No refunds for mechanical failures.
âą Payments & Deposits: Major credit card required. Security deposit may be used for damages.
