Spacious 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom home perfect for up to 10 guests! Located just 15 minutes from Disney and 30 minutes to Universal or Downtown Orlando, it's the ultimate vacation spot.

➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:

Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.



Guest Access:

➤ Just a heads up, guests can't use the closet in the entryway, but you will have access to the entire unit. Please make yourself at home.



➤ Two parking spot passes available. You can find extra parking at nearby stores. No commercial vehicles allowed – violators might get towed.



The Neighborhood:

This quiet neighborhood offers the perfect balance of peaceful living and quick access to top attractions like Disney, just 15 minutes away. Nearby Posner Park provides shopping, dining, and entertainment options.



The area is family-friendly with quiet streets, parks, and nature trails close by, making it ideal for families and outdoor enthusiasts.



Conveniently located, it's a 30-minute drive to Downtown Orlando and Universal Studios, making it a prime spot for exploring Central Florida’s best destinations.



Getting Around:

Car Rentals: Ideal for easy access to Disney, Universal, and other local attractions.



Ridesharing Services: Uber and Lyft are widely available for convenient, on-demand transportation.



Local Buses: Public transportation routes connect the neighborhood to nearby shopping centers and tourist spots.



Biking: With nearby trails and parks, biking is a great way to explore the area.



Taxi Services: Traditional taxi services offer another reliable option for getting around.



Other Things to Note:

➤ My place does come with heating and A/C, but I can't promise you'll hit that comfy spot if your ideal temp is below 17 or above 25 degrees Celsius. And, you know how it is with short-term rentals – folks are always coming and going. So, I can't guarantee a flawless run all the time because, truth be told, some guests tend to go overboard and push the systems to the point where repairs are needed.



➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
