Beautiful 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home, located within a 2 minute walk to chautauqua lake and the Marina's. The home is within a 10 minute drive to downtown Jamestown and the Comedy center. The home is equipped with 2 additional futons, electric heat, air conditioning in the main bedroom, a washer and dryer and a propane grill outside. Please be mindful that both bedrooms and 1 of the 2 futons are located upstairs.
The space
The property has free parking and can easily accommodate parking for boat trailers and other trailers. You will be located less than a 5 minute walk to multiple boat rental facilities. A community park with a playground, basketball courts, free boat with free parking is also a short walk away from the home.
Guest access
You get the entire house, all to yourself.
Other things to note
No pets except service animals (fees apply).

If you leave with linens/towels, you will be charged $25 for each. (There is a walmart less than 10 minutes away. I promise you, that you will be able to find linens/towels way cheaper there. so please do not take ours).
