Summary:
Built in 2018, this custom-designed East Nashville townhome is perfectly located just east of Downtown. You'll be a 10 minute drive away from the Arts District where you can find local breweries, cafes, restaurants, and museums! Don't forget to check out Music Row, the heart of Nashville's entertainment industry.

The Space:
You'll find picture perfect opportunities all over this home from charming decor to colorful walls and furniture! The living room is on the 2nd floor and has a 50" Smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+) and a record player. Step outside the patio and enjoy your morning coffee on the swing. The kitchen is well equipped with a Keurig, drip coffee maker, microwave, and more to cook in the comfort of your own home. Complimentary coffee is provided.

The 3 bedrooms each have their own en suite bathroom. The master bedroom has a Queen bed, mounted flat screen TV, and rocking chairs. The colorful wall is perfect for the perfect IG photo! The en suite bathroom has dual sinks and a walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom has 2 Full beds and the 3rd bedroom has a Twin over Full bunk bed, great for the kids!

The washer and dryer are available for you to use. Park in the 2 car garage and/or on the side of the house. It can fit 4-5 additional vehicles and overflow parking is on the street. We recommend Uber or Lyft as your main way of getting downtown. A non-peak hours ride for either of these is less than $10.

Please note, there is a train that runs about 100 yards from the house that you can hear. Nashville has a lady bug problem. So please keep the doors and windows shut when possible.

Please note: If you are bringing a pet, please note that the pet fee is not included in the total price. An additional flat fee of $150 applies, and a maximum of 2 pets are allowed in the unit. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.

Plenty of space!

Plenty of space, all bedrooms have a bathroom which was helpful. Started you off with coffee, shampoos, soap and conditioner. One thing I would recommend adding to this stay is a hairdryer in each bathroom. Great distance to everything!

Great house!

We rented this house with a group of friends & it was perfect! Plenty of room for everyone and it was nice that there were separate bathrooms so showering was easy. We utilized the bus transportation during our stay and that was a life saver so that we could all stay together instead of getting multiple Ubers. The home was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay as well and was very clean!

Stayed for a friends bachelorette trip and the house was fantastic for us 6 girls. Close to the strip & good places to eat. Plenty of space for us all to get ready. The only downside was the cleanliness of the house. There were multiple colorful stains on the walls, curtains and bases of the beds that gave us the heebie-jeebies. Also, the master bedroom bed was broken when we got there.

Perfect place to stay!

We were on a road trip to pigeon forge but had to check out Nashville for a few days and this place was perfect for me and my sister’s family! We will be back!!!

Celebrated 21st Birthday

Place an amazing!!! Plenty of room for all the guest. Close to Broadway, Ubers were quick and easy to get. My only suggestion is to add a full length mirror!!!

Bridal party weekend

The house was amazing. We got this last minute reservation due to previous being cancelled 3 days prior and we never looked back. The managers were amazing, constantly keeping in contact to make sure we were comfortable. The entire bridal party was impressed!

Great base for a wedding visit!

This house was everything we needed. 3 beds and 3.5 baths was a life saver as we were visiting for a wedding and could all get ready for events at the same time. The house is tall and narrow. You can tell lots of guests have not been careful when loading luggage in and out, as there are plenty of scuffs on the walls!

A+ for Aesthetic & Proximity to Downtown

This property was great proximity to downtown. In non-peak traffic times, it was about a 10-15 minute ride to downtown. The actual aesthetic of the home was cute and so many fun backgrounds for photos. We also enjoyed the fact that the home had 3.5 baths, which made getting ready with a house full of girls doable. However, the actual neighborhood the home was in was less than ideal. Bars on the business windows nearby, a puppy mill in a neighbor’s backyard that the balcony overlooked, and an unlit alley to actually get back to where the VRBO was from the main street. Aside from that, the cleanliness of the home was subpar. There were still french fries on the floor in the kitchen from the previous group that stayed. Overall, very cute vibe and loved how spacious it was, but would probably not stay again based on actual location and cleanliness.

I had so so much fun! Checking in and out was super easy and the beds were ridiculously comfortable! A 10 min drive from Broadway St! Would 100% recommend!

Adequate - but did not exceed expectations

The location was the best part of this rental. It was nice having multiple sleeping options - but heads up there are lots of stairs. The kitchen and main living area are in the second floor. Kitchen is not well stocked if you need anything beyond plates, silverware, cups and bowls.

Cleanliness

This property was at a great location and was able to fit all of our group comfortably. The house was very messy and not updated. The toilet paper holds, towel holders, and shower curtains broke as soon as somebody touched it. The lights were flickering and then stopped working and the fan was shacking so much that it looked like it was going to fall. There was stains all over the furniture and dirt all over the countertops in bathrooms. This would be a great place with a few adjustments and a great monthly deep clean

Overall was an okay stay. Bathroom tile in master bathroom is cracked and uneven when walking on. A lot of flys. Stains on couch. Wish there was more cleaning supplies like a sponge/paper towels/spray to wipe counter and stove top. One roll of paper towels for 7 people for 4 nights wasn’t enough. We could not figure the front door out so had to go in through the garage each time. Dog barks nonstop outside. Cheap Ubers to/from the city.

Great place! Pet friendly! Very comfortable!

It was a very nice place. We did have to wait a bit (maybe 10 minutes) past normal check in time because the previous occupants left a mess. The cleaners were still finishing up when we arrived. The separation of sleeping zones came in handy, having separate A/C controls. Two in our party liked it hot while 3 of us liked it cool. Our trip didn't go as planned, but this place helped us in a pinch. Our previous booking with another place cancelled on us last minute without explanation. Having our own garage was nice!

Girls trip

We loved this house, it was so roomy, modern, and clean. It was very accessible to Broadway and the airport. Would absolutely stay here again. Unrelated to the rental house - It seems that the people who's backyard it backs up to are dog breeders. There are kennels with German Shepherds locked up in them. It tugs at your heart to see.

Beautiful Townhouse

Ultimately the property was perfect for a group stay to enjoy the Nashville night life. It was clean, beautifully furnished. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone to be comfortable. Close enough to broadway downtown to Uber for a stress free evening! The check in/out process was very simple. NO long to do list with a hangover. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely book with this Host in the future for any of our Nashville needs.

GREAT PROPERTY

This was a great stay. The porch swing is a great addition. It was nice to sit outside throughout the day for fresh air. The only down side is this place is next to a house that breeds dog so they barked alot but other than that the property was great and very accommodating.

Girls Trip

We booked our stay for a girls trip! The house is very big, plenty of room. Decor is cute and lots of photo opportunities. Lots of steps but we were ok with that as the exercise was nice. Location was within about 10 minutes from most tourist attractions which was awesome. We had an issue with the front door code and someone in our party locked the door going into the house from the garage and someone came out quickly to unlock the house. One suggestion is to add one or two full length body mirrors so you can check out your full outfit before a night out on the town. Enjoyed our stay, thank you!!
