Great location close to downtown, the property is very secure behind locked gates. The speakeasy was very cool it's located in the building, easy to get to downtown which is only a few minutes away. I will stay there again. The rooms were great very clean.

Quiet area even though a train track is close by. The bed in the living room is a comfy couch rather than a pull out bed. Only complaint was that it was not within walking distance to any stores so we had to do a instacart delivery for coffee creamer and some basic breakfast stuff.

I was pleasantly surprised at this property. It was close to Broadway and 12 South. I would stay again. Note the train is arms length away. But didn’t bother our stay.

Such a great place, very clean, and convenient to everwhere we wanted to go. Only small drawback is due to the old construction of the building - the ceiling of the unit is the floor of the one above, so footsteps etc of those above are clearly heard. But we would def stay there again!

The architecture of the building is what drew me to book here. My host couldn't seem to provide me with a proper code to get into the building. They sent me 3 codes and none worked. A doordash driver provided a code to me which finally worked. Thespace had no soap, shampoo or conditioner. No hand soap in the bathroom to wash your hands (they offered to bring some by but i was leaving and didn't want someone coming into the space while i was gone), they had coffee pods with no sugar or cream packets so black coffee is all you can enjoy. The upstairs neighbors were incredibly loud early in the morning, You can hear everything right through the floors/ceilings. I was told there was a bar on the 3rd floor which there wasn't and the "poolside" bar, its not operating and looks like it hasn't for some time. Don't let the photos fool you. There is a speakeasy downstairs, but good luck getting in, it was full capacity each night which then caused parking issues. I had to park a few blocks away outside the gates due to no designated parking.

The space was great and as pictured and I had a concern about being so close to the train tracks and it was not a problem at all. When I had problems with the keypad entry, the support was quick.There are so many added fees that I definitely didn’t get the deal I thought I did at booking, and that was a little disappointing.

Amazing location and property. Uber rides to broadway for under 8 and a two minute walk to Starbucks. Close to Farmers Market, Broadway, and several great restaurants.

This place was beautiful, extremely clean, and in a perfect spot. The owners were very easy to communicate with and everything was well stocked. The stay was perfect! I would definitely stay here again.

Such a cozy getaway close to so much!!

This location was super cute, exactly as shown in the pictures! I felt so cozy and comfy staying here and this was a good size for the 4 of us in our group and we were so close to so many great restaurants and to downtown Nashville! Would absolutely recommend and stay here again!

The host was very proactive and checked in with us to make sure we were taken good care of! The rooms were clean except for the couch has some weird little spots on it and the left arm seemed to be maybe almost on the edge of being broken, but it didn’t bother us because we just chose to avoid it so nothing would break! AC and heating was perfect!

Great Couple Stay for Nashville

Everything about the property was well represented by the photos and description; the decor is quant but modern, and the historical building makes for an interesting stay. The location is central for everything we wanted to do, and the community seemed to be travelers as well, so we fell right at home.
