We have designed the space especially to ensure your comfort, relaxation & fun.
Located on the Seawall directly across from Babe's Beach 🏖
Our gated secure complex includes 2 pools, hot tubs, tennis court, fitness center, garden, BBQs, WIFI & more.
UTMB friendly! We offer special long term rates for traveling/working doctors, medical students & nurses. Please inquire directly.
The space
Our Condo/Suite is approximately 480 square feet. It includes a lovely private balcony overlooking the pool. The entrance door overlooks the well manicured courtyard and is close to the office and common patio.

We are a 1 bedroom with galley bunks and a queen sofa bed in the living area. Open concept kitchen and dining area.

Gulf view! Directly across the street from Babe's Beach! Close to amazing restaurants right on the Seawall. Walk to shopping, fishing pier and more! This is a busy area on the Seawall and has great access to many local attractions.

Welcome! Please be certain to obtain your parking permits, pool wrist bands and security gate codes at the front Lobby upon arrival. There is a separate one time Resort fee of $35. You will be provided with a map, Resort guidelines, public gate codes, wrist bands and parking passes. Please know your license plate number for faster registration 😃🚘🚗
Although condo check-in is at 4pm, you are most welcome to enjoy the pool if you arrive early.

IMPORTANT:
****Front desk is unable to authorize or change any check-in or check-out times. All Suites/Condos are individually owned and any changes must be authorized through your hosts! 👩‍💼👨‍💼

Resort Passes are good for all amenities
2 Pools, 1 Pool is especially designed for families with smaller children 👨‍👩‍👦‍👦 (mushroom fountain pool), and the other is perfect for swimmers 12 years and over! 👵🧓👙
Enjoy either or both!
Bbq areas with picnic tables on a 1st come basis. Charcoal can be purchased across the street at Walmart. There is also a fish filet station with a rinse sink available.
We provide 2 beach/pool towels for your stay.
Court yard with fountain and flowers. 🌺🌴
Tennis rackets available at front desk. 🎾 Please return after use.
We have a sweet computer room located in the lobby, where you are welcome to work, and small library and some board games also located in the front Lobby. 📚
Laundry facilities located on the 1st level in the front of each building for your convenience. Our machines take debit or credit cards. Laundry soap not provided but available across the street at Walmart.

Upon checking in, if there is anything at all that is not as it should be, we would like to know immediately as to address it. We welcome your suggestions and open communication! This is our home and we cherish it. We ask that you keep this in mind as we love sharing our space with you and look forward to having our guests make many happy and wonderful memories!

This beautiful little Gulf Escape has direct complimentary access to 2 Certified Tourism Ambassadors for Galveston!! They are experts in things to do, places to visit and where to eat! Their VIP contact information will be provided in the unit and may be accessed during daytime hours. Please inquire about concierge services, special tours or requests!
Co-hosts/Ambassador David and Grace are available to provide additional information.
Each Condominium is individually owned and cared for. Common area rules may differ from individual suites.

Important Note:
Registered guest is required to be at least 25 years of age.
Endless Waves is designed for a relaxing getaway. Our beautiful suite is not appropriate for the party scene, loud disturbances, inappropriate behavior or breaking Resort/Suite rules. NO Smoking of any kind permitted. We, unfortunately, cannot ban other condo owners or guests from smoking in the vicinity, and guests should, of course be aware of this.
Please keep in mind that Galveston is a subtropical climate. Its amazingly lush and full of life. That being said, you can expect to experience many different types of animal life, including a variety of insects on occasion. This is a natural phenomenon and part of Island living.

We love sharing our peaceful abode on the sea with you and your loved ones!

Check in 4pm.
Check out 11 am.
We can make an occasional adjustment, depending on the day and check-in schedule. ALL Guests must be registered with us and the Front Desk.

We require valid Government ID that matches the name and picture on your profile. Failure to upload your ID and/or present at check-in will result in denial of entry. You will not receive a refund.
Please be sure disclose all guests prior to check in (limit 6).
Galveston and the Victorian have strict guidelines concerning number of guests.
A violation will end your contract and you will asked to vacate. We want you to relax and enjoy every second here!

For your convenience we have set out a limited number of clean towels.
Beach towels are limited to 2. We are an energy conserving Island and lovingly request that you hang them on appropriate hooks or bars. Should you require laundry facilities, we have washers and dryers conveniently located in each building. They accept debit and credit cards! Should you require additional beach towels, they are readily available right across the Street at Walmart.

Please be sure to obtain your parking pass(es), up to 2 vehicles at the Front Desk Lobby. The 1 time Resort fee is $35 per stay (up to 14 days). One time for your entire party and includes your tropical pool passes, all amenities and 24 hour security.

Trash shoots are located at the end of each breezeway. Please dispose of garbage pail waste before checking out. A $25 trash disposal fee will be charged if trash is not disposed of properly.
Trash chute is located 10 feet from front door.

Please start dishwasher before departure. We will put the dishes and silverware in their appropriate places. 😃

Soiled towels may be hung in the bathroom for laundering at checkout time. Do not place linens on the floor please.

We love pets, but the Victorian Condominiums Resort has a STRICT NO PETS POLICY. Please do NOT bring your fur babies!🙂
TRUE SERVICE animals are the ONLY EXCEPTION.
ESAs MUST HAVE A LEGITIMATE ESA LETTER FROM A LICENSED MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONAL. We reserve the right to have this letter provided at the time of check-in. Obtained ONLINE CARDS or VESTS are NOT OFFICIAL WITHOUT THIS LETTER. Thank you. 🙂


Quiet time at the Resort is 10pm. Pool closes at that time as well.

Absolutely no smoking anywhere in the condo.
We have regular guests that have allergies and we are a 100% smoke free getaway! A deodorizing fee of $200 will be charged if we detect smoke odors.



Please do not make up beds upon checkout.😃 You're on vacation and our team will take care of this!

ONLY the ACTUAL number of registered guests are permitted in the Suite. Any violation of this rule will result in loss of deposit and your party be asked to leave the premises. We value honesty and the City code regulations. Thank you for your cooperation. If you are visiting friends/family and would like to invite them during the hours of 10am-10pm please let us know in advance. We understand many of our new friends may be visiting loved ones.


Host is not responsible for any personal items left in suite. Whenever possible if an item is recovered, we are happy to return it to you at your expense.
