Across the road is a golf course, with a country club minutes away. Aldi grocery store is within walking distance, and Whole Foods, Publix, and more are a short drive away. Downtown, Brickell, and Wynwood are about 15 minutes by car.

2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house (part of a duplex) with newly installed hurricane impact windows and doors. Enjoy complete privacy on your side of the house, including the pool area. Please no loud music, noise, excessive drinking, drugs, or extra visitors (without approval).

The entire property is reserved for you. You can access the property through a code for added convenience and security, You will receive the required code prior to your arrival. You also have access to Private Pool area, backyard, BBQ, parking lot.

The house is located in an area where a cargo train occasionally passes through, which can be noisy. However, with newly installed hurricane impact windows and doors, it is much quieter.
The train doesn't honk, so you’ll hardly notice it passing by.
The house is a duplex, but you will have complete privacy on your side, including the pool area.

The pool is not heated and is surrounded by protected trees, which means leaves may fall in, despite regular cleaning. A net is provided for leaf removal, and you are welcome to use it anytime during your stay.

For added security, there are cameras on the property: one at the front entrance (overlooking the parking lots) and one at the back entrance (overlooking the backyard and pool area). If you are looking for a party house and loud music, this is not the place for you.

Our neighborhood voted one the best in Florida, it is bird sanctuary. Our Neighbors are great and we do not tolerate their disturbance.

• NO PARTIES ! This is very important to us as we live in very quiet neighborhood, we would like to respect our neighbors
• NO NOISE/LOUD MUSIC. City of Biscayne Park noise ordinance are enforced.
• No smoking inside - $500 fine
• No extra guests/visitors during the day or night without approval

• Check-in is after 4pm
• Check-out before 10am (If not respected $30 PER EVERY HOUR for rescheduling cleaning service)
•NEVER PARK CAR ON THE GRASS!There is many parking spots so no need to park on grass!
• Please leave the house in the same conditions as you found it: Clean your dishes, take trash and please do not leave any food out. Those are very simple steps we are asking to follow

• No sand at the house ( Also no sand in the bathroom neither in bathtub- plumbing can get clogged )
• Don't store trash in the house for days please. Kindly ask you to use trash chute DAILY, otherwise you can expect bugs ( we live in humid Florida )
•Please don't leave any food or food crumbles outside of the fridge or uncovered. ( otherwise you can expect bugs - we live in humid Florida )
