◆ Guest Check-In Form: Required within 48 hours of booking. A valid government-issued ID must be provided by the primary guest to confirm your reservation.



◆ Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbors and help us maintain the peaceful nature of the community.



◆ Registered Guests Only: Only guests included on the reservation are permitted on the property. Visitors must be pre-approved by management. Unauthorized guests or gatherings may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund.



◆ Parking: Maximum of **4 vehicles**. Parking is available in the driveway only. **No street parking is permitted** at any time. The garage is not accessible to guests.



◆ Trailers, Boats & RVs: Must be pre-approved by management prior to arrival. Due to parking limitations, not all trailers, boats, or oversized vehicles can be accommodated.



◆ EV Charging: Charging electric vehicles is **not permitted** without prior approval. Please contact us if you need recommendations for nearby charging stations.



◆ Exterior Security Cameras: For the safety of our guests, neighbors, and property, exterior security cameras monitor the outside of the home, including the front entry and driveway. There are **no interior cameras**.



◆ No Parties or Events: Parties, events, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited unless expressly approved by management in writing.
