A wonderfully comfortable place. Welcoming, secluded and breathtaking views. All wrapped up by an outstandingly easy host. We were 3 couples and it was perfect. A nice rock scramble down to the beach but doable and an easy trek to town.

Perfect home. Well stocked, clean and comfortable. Beautiful views with a nice beach at the bottom of a trail. Trail down to beach requires some climbing but worth it. The location is ideal.

The location was a destination type of location. The view was incredible. You didnt want to leave. The hot tub was hot and clean and a real treat. The kitchen was fully equipped. We ate most dinners there. The sound of the waves and bell buoy at night were heavenly.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The Osprey House has a tremendous ocean view, lovely artwork throughout, a fully stocked large kitchen, big great room, and three bathrooms all en suite! This is our third year staying here, and we’ll back! Thank you Gabe for everything!

We stayed in early August and the weather was perfect so we were able to enjoy being outside on the deck, the hot tub and the beach access. That was great, but theinside accommodations were all we had hoped for too. The kitchen was very wellstocked as well as the bathrooms and laundry - next time we won't overpack as basics were all supplied. And there will be a next time! Would not hesitate to come back!

The view, location, and privacy are truly the best parts of this property. Arriving at the home, my family was overwhelmed by the amazing view from the back deck. In fact, they went around the house first before even going in the front door. The house is older, with the bathroom tubs/fans, bedroom heaters, and most windows being original, but the rest of the home has been more modernized. The layout worked well for our family of 6 and we enjoyed sitting in the living room or on the deck looking at the ocean, listening to the waves, and watching the stars. Gabe was prompt, detailed, and friendly and the house was clean and functional. We had a great stay!

Truly a lovely home nestled in a beautiful spot. Think relaxation, ease and nature at its best. This home has everything you need and more for a very comfortable stay. It is spotless and the location is perfect.We were two couples and had lots of privacy and shared space. The hot tub was the perfect way to end our day of hiking in the redwoods. We appreciated the care that was taken with the path down to the beach. It was rugged, but we made it! We hope to return to this very special home.

Beds were comfortable and house was great! Beaches were beautiful and low tide is full of sea creatures and neat finds. Getting to the beaches is a little steep and strenuous, but definitely worth it for the view from the deck.

Everything about Osprey House was beyond wonderful! Such a beautiful home with complete privacy and breathtaking views of the Pacific and Trinidad Bay. The home was impeccable, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Very comfortable, windows everywhere for that great view, awesome deck the length of the home and a great hot tub to enjoy those views from. Great location for excursions to the Redwood National and State Parks, Fern Canyon, Howland Road in Crescent City and south to Arcata and the Historic District of Eureka.I also cannot say enough about Gabriel. Such a wonderful, above and beyond host, and we are forever grateful to him!My husband and I were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and Osprey House will always be a special magical place for us to remember such a special occasion. This is the place to stay!

Our family loved staying at the Osprey House. The views from the deck were absolutely breathtaking. We were lucky enough to see seals and so many different birds. The house was very clean and homey. Stocked with everything you might need. We will definitely come back.

The Osprey House was absolutely perfect. We had the most wonderful time and would highly recommend it to anyone. The house was completely stocked with everything we needed. Check-in/out was super easy. The hot tub and stunning view made for an incredible way to end the days. 10/10 would absolutely stay here again.

This property is perfect! It is along the beach with a short adventure walk to reach it. The view is stunning whether you are in the living room looking out the windows or if you are in the hot tub or lounge chairs! The bed and pillows were so comfortable. If we find ourselves in the area again, we will definitely stay here!

We stayed at the property for a week in July and loved every minute. It was a wonderful place to come back to after hiking in Redwood National Park, but we also enjoyed just relaxing and taking in the beautiful ocean view. The charming town of Trinidad is just minutes away and has everything you need for your stay. The kitchen was so well stocked that we joked it was better equipped than our own at home! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the cozy blankets throughout the house were such a thoughtful touch.We loved watching the seals in the evenings and ended (almost) every day with a sunset soak in the hot tub. One of our favorite things was then falling asleep to the sounds of the waves.This home made our trip to Northern California one to remember, and we are already trying to figure out when we can get back!
