This house sits in the rolling hills of Narvon, Pennsylvania close to the Welsh Mountain Preserve. Surrounded by beautiful farmland and situated next to an orchard, the views and ambiance do not disappoint. Located 15 miles North of the main hub of Amish Tourism in Lancaster County, this house is in a convenient location to many attractions.

Guests have access to the entire property except for the barn which is reserved for owner storage.

This home was specifically designed and furnished with large families in mind. Upon entering this large 5,000 sq ft home, you will find a large well stocked kitchen with a dining table for twelve. The bright and airy kitchen consists of a coffee bar, brand new appliances, dishes for adults and children and more. The coffee bar has a duo coffee machine for k-cups and for regular pots of coffee - both types of coffee are provided. For the coffee connoisseur there is an electric burr grinder and a French press - bring your favorite beans or ask us for recommendations for some of our local favorites to try during your stay. The stylish living room provides the perfect area to sit and enjoy the view of farmland right out the front door. On the first floor, there is a master bedroom with a King size bed, a walk in closet and an en suite bathroom.

When reaching the second floor, you'll be met with a small sitting area that overlooks the sheep in the pasture out back. There is a full size bathroom at the top of the stairs with a shower/tub and a large vanity. The second floor consists of 4 large bedrooms, each with their own unique style and beautiful natural light. Each bedroom has a bed, dresser and nightstands that have all been handcrafted by the homeowner specifically for this house. There are 3 King Bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom that has 2 Queen beds.

The bottom floor of this home is not your typical basement. It has been outfitted with a full second kitchen, a large dining table and a giant sectional with a Roku Smart TV for you to log in to your own streaming accounts. This basement is the perfect space for movie nights with your family and friends. When you're not watching movies, you can enjoy any of the various games downstairs including a Pool Table, a Ping Pong Table, Darts, Checkers/Chess, as well as a large variety of board and card games. For the younger ones, we have stocked the basement with children's board games, books, a toy kitchen and a variety of other children's toys. We want this space to feel like home for all ages.

Finally, the outdoor space is hard to described - it must be experienced. With the large wraparound porch overlooking the beauty of Lancaster County Farm Land - a sight that people travel from all over to experience. While out on the porch, we have provided multiple sitting areas including rocking chairs, an outdoor sectional and a custom built outdoor porch bed swing. Also on the front porch is a 36" Blackstone Griddle, perfect for cooking breakfast, lunch or dinner for a large group. In the yard, we've created a fire pit area complete with cafe lights, Adirondack chairs for adults and children and a fully decked out Breeo Firepit with Accessories. Experience over the fire cooking while enjoying the beautiful property that this house sits on. When you're not too busy sitting around the fire pit relaxing, we've provided multiple outdoor games for you to enjoy in the yard including Cornhole, Kanjam, Ladder Ball and Spike Ball. For the little ones, we've provided two tiny Adirondack chairs and a kid's picnic table with an umbrella.
