Our house is perfect for families with kids, offering a range of fun and practical amenities. Outside, kids will love the swings, water table, 4-hole putting green, and mini picnic table. Inside, we’ve got you covered with two highchairs, a pack 'n play, a bassinet, and a movable blackout curtain for any bedroom. The full-size bathtub comes with a baby bather chair, bath toys, and baby bath towels. In the kitchen, we've installed cabinet locks and kids’ plates and bowls make mealtime easier. Baby gates for the stairs give you peace of mind. The playroom is filled with a variety of toys, and there's a dedicated kids' table in the basement along with a play kitchen for endless creative fun.

Events are allowed on a case-by-case basis with prior approval and an additional fee. The maximum capacity is 20 people. Please reach out to us for more details. Note that no additional overnight guests are permitted beyond the property's maximum capacity.

✴✴ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION✴✴
Park in the alley and enter via the backyard to find a concrete path with only one step to access the main floor. While we offer easy access with a ground-level master suite and full bathroom, please note that we are not fully wheelchair accessible.

Our home is conveniently located just 0.8 miles from the University of Denver Light Rail Station, making it easy to explore the city without a car. This close proximity provides quick and direct access to downtown Denver and other popular destinations.
