L’unité 3-402 est un condo au dernier étage avec deux chambres à coucher, deux salles de bains située à Kamaole Sands, dans le bâtiment préféré 3. Il offre une vue sur l'océan, le jardin et la piscine. Carrelage de l'entrée à travers la salle de séjour à la véranda donne une sensation de fraîcheur. Le salon dispose de la climatisation, ventilateur de plafond, canapé, TV écran plat 42 ', DVD, CD, Internet haute vitesse et salle à manger séparée.
NOUVEAU EN 2019: Tous les nouveaux meubles de salon - canapé-lit, chaise, table basse, tables de chevet, table TV, pouf! La cuisine est très bien équipée pour vous permettre de dîner en toute simplicité. Dans l'escalier en colimaçon qui mène à la chambre principale, vous disposez d'un lit queen-size, d'un ventilateur de plafond et d'une salle de bains privative. La salle de bain dispose d'une douche à l'italienne, d'une nouvelle vanité avec comptoir en granit.
À l'étage principal se trouve la chambre d'amis meublée avec deux lits jumeaux, une climatisation portable, un ventilateur de plafond et une télévision. Le bain d'invité en taille réelle a de belles tuiles, la vanité et le comptoir en granit. Il y a aussi une laveuse et une sécheuse pour plus de commodité.
Les réservations le jour même (l’arrivée dans les 24 heures qui suivent) nécessitent un appel téléphonique à Rentals Maui pour confirmation.
Kamaole Sands est un paysage tropical, a une piscine, piscine pour enfants, jacuzzi, tennis, barbecue et une salle de fitness. Kamaole Beach Park III est une plage très appréciée des habitants et des vacanciers. Il est parfait pour la baignade, les bains de soleil, la plongée en apnée, le bodyboard, les pique-niques, les couchers de soleil et l'observation des baleines pendant la saison des baleines. Would suggest black out curtains for downstairs king bedroom. Walkway light directly in front of window & very bright all night long. Otherwise no other issues.

This was perfect place for us! Plenty of space to relax. The facility had lots of wonderful and clean features. We enjoyed the pool, gym, racket ball courts and on site gear rentals

Heaven here on earth!

Wonderful and conveient for all things we wanted to do: hot tub at the end of the day; Kamaole 3 right across the street with great life guards; loved the spiral staircase to the loft; the peace and quiet ...and "morning wakeup" from Franklins & roosters!

We love Maui!

Not enough plugs for charging and no usb outlets.The AC in the main floor bedroom was loud and didn’t work very well. The sofa was great. It was so comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped . It would has been nice to have a couple of stools at the counter. We would stay there again. Now we’d know to bring a few extra items. Location was great. Rentals Maui Inc. was great. The reservation process was very easy. We had a couple requests for Rentals Maui and they didn’t hesitate to help us out. Thank you so much.P.S. I did fill out a review form that we were instructed to leave on condo counter. Sorry you didn’t get it.... Stay dates June 1-June 8

It was nicely decorated, clean, well equipped and very comfortable for the 4 of us adults and 1 newborn baby. Check-in and Check-out were easy and the people at the resort were great. It felt like I was at the resort, surrounded by family and friends - everyone was so nice. We cooked out on the grills nearly every night and there were people from all over the world there, cooking and eating, almost like a picnic.Could not ask for more.We would highly recommend Kamaole Sands!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was located right across the street from a nice beach and an area where people get together to watch the sunset so you can't beat that. The condo was clean upon arrival. The check in process was smooth. We did have to go back because the parking spot they initially assigned us was taken so we had to park in another spot for the first night of our stay. No big deal. First night we had a backed up toilet that needed to be looked at by a plumber. Called the after hour front desk. Talked to a live person. Luckily there was two bathrooms. The plumber was sent out first thing in the morning to take care of the problem. The condo provided coffee filters, plenty of dishwashing tabs and laundry tabs which was a nice touch because the other condo in the same complex we stayed in last year barely gave laundry or dishwashing tab and no coffee filters. The A/C unit was excellent. We did not have to use it that much but on days that we needed to turn it on it cooled the places down quickly. Everything food or activities from the property is walking distance. If you wanted other food everything is within 5-10 min drive from the condo. We did snorkeling at Polo beach. We did Kayaking at Makena state park beach. We drove to Twin falls and spent a day jumping off waterfalls. We visited Big Beach. We visited Baby Beach. We only used the pool once. Kids played ping pong. Condo offered chairs, umbrella, snorkeling gear and boogie boards so you have everything at your convenience. Overall a great stay.

We enjoyed our stay.

This unit has great potential however electrical outlets inside and outside will not meet electrical code. It would be nice to have instructions for TV usage. Cupboards and countertops nicely updated. Staircase needs work and refinishing. Floors in bedrooms need updating either new carpet or flooring. Nail/pin was in downstairs bedroom carpet in which my brother in law was stuck with in foot. He bleed steady from wound until stopped with pressure. We cleaned floor and placed pin in ashtray by phone. We appreciated the abundance of towels and wash clothes. Nice appliances and kitchen supplies for usage. Thanks for allowing us to use your unit as we had enjoyable two weeks.

Fantastic stay!

I only ever want to stay at Kam Sands! The grounds are immaculate. The condos are quiet and peaceful. The pool is well maintained. The staff is so friendly. This suite was so stocked with everything we could ever need for our stay. We are incredibly happy with this unit! Will be back for sure. Aloha and Mahalo!

Reviewer Comments: ALl I can say about this rental unit needs bathroom renos.The carpets were filthy,as were the floors.I scraped food(I think)of the living room and kitchen is evident the owners never stay in this unit.Burnt out light bulbs,broken storage bin on lanai(I attempted)to repair.I had to purchase duct tape to repair the air conditioning outlet in lower bedroom.The hose was coming apart.The short story,cleaning person is not doing the job the owner is paying for.

Nice overall unit.

Have stayed at this complex before. It’s in a good area right across from beach. Enjoyed using the gym. Pool area was small but ok. Wish there was additional pool for how many units there are on the property. Pool always looked cloudy and had a lot of film stuff floating on the top. We had a nice stay and property is located near lots of restaurants within walking distance which was nice.

Great Location and Spectacular Sunsets From The Lanai

We spent 14 great days in this unit, it has spectacular sunset views and a large lanai, where we ate our dinner many nights. The unit is very nice and roomy and the AC worked very well. The unit is in need of some TLC, and an update and maintenance. Though very good value for your money. The kitchen is well equipped with all pots, pans and dinnerware and a large selection of spices. The supply of plastic containers was very helpful, for taking snacks with us or storing leftovers. It would have been nice to have a cooler, especially when we were there, as we experienced a heat wave, with temperatures in the high 90's every day. The storage bin on the lanai was full of beach stuff, but we had to purchase a beach umbrella, as the one there was missing the bottom portion. There were 4 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, beach mats and a small boogie board. Again, we had a great time staying here and it was great value for the price, we definitely would rent this unit again.

Great location

Great location and complex amenities. Unit was clean, but is tired and needs updating. Has 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas (one of which had a canopy and no bottom). Kitchen is stocked with what you would need, but has a mixed assortment of pots, pans, and lids. Unit has great view of beach and has view of pool & courtyard. Several bbq areas around complex and they are well taken care of. Best ones were NE corner as there was never anyone there and bbq’s were virtually new and unused. Ultimately this is one of the best locations right across street from Kamaole III beach. Easy drive to other beaches and short walk down to Moose McGillycuddy’s and Fred’s Mexican (Taco Tuesday happy hour).
