Completed in summer of 2024, this newly constructed home features luxury finishes and desirable amenities such as a private pool with optional heating and an elevator. Best of all, the whole family is welcome, as up to two dogs are allowed per stay.

Gather in the open concept living space on the third floor, where a fireplace provides a warm glow during the off-season months. The modern kitchen features plenty of counter and storage space, and is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare freshly caught local seafood, whether hooked yourself from the nearby Ocean Crest Fishing pier or purchased from one of many excellent local eateries and markets.

While two bedrooms are located on the top floor, most of the sleeping quarters are located on the lower two floors. Each bedroom on the first floor features its own private full bathroom, and you'll also find access to the pool deck on this level through a small lounge complete with a wet bar and beverage fridge. Cool down with a quick dip whenever the mood hits without battling the waves or watching for marine life!

Outside, there are three levels of covered decks and plenty of space to sit and enjoy the sea breeze or watch for dolphins playing in the surf. If you prefer to work on your tan, the pool deck offers a great perch to soak in the sun's rays, or simply lay your blanket out on the warm sand just yards from your porch steps. Thanks to optional pool heating, you can enjoy a refreshing dip even once the weather turns a bit chilly.

In the evenings, walk to Island Way for romantic oceanfront dining or catch a karaoke night or live music at The Seahorse, both located at the Ocean Crest Fishing Pier. No matter where on Oak Island's map you plan to venture during your next vacation, you can't go wrong when you start your journey at Ollie's Point!

Guests should note that an additional pool heating fee of $100 is required for each day a guest requests pool heating. Guest must request the pool heating and pay the fee by calling the OIA office during normal business hours at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Pool heating is only available when temperatures are 55 degrees Fahrenheit and warmer.
