We were in town for a family wedding and this house was only 10 houses away from the venue and just perfect!! The weather was not perfect, but the spacious house accommodated all of needs! Everything was clean, the host was kind and the views & location were amazing. Brenda was over the top kind!

Probably going to make this our permanent beach house for our beach gang! My husband and his 3 friends starting this annual beach trip in 2019. 7 years later, we’ve grown to 8 adults and 5 little ones. This house was by far the best, most accommodating. Besides some animal dander, our stay was comfortable and felt luxurious. Great house!

We are so glad you enjoyed our home and are considering booking it for a vacation each year! As you recall, as soon as you let me know you had found a little pet dander, I offered to have my housekeeper come right out and sweep/vacuum again, which you declined. I am sorry you had any dander to deal with - we pride ourselves on offering a very clean home and that is highly unusual. Most of our guests comment on how our home is one of the cleanest they have ever rented! We sure hope this won't impact your decision to stay again!

Everything was wonderful. The pool was excellent and very clean. Rooms were all clean. We had a beautiful wedding here, and were so grateful that we were able to utilize this house for our big day. It’s a memory we’ll cherish forever!

This house was as beautiful as it looks in the photos. Myself and a group of friends stayed for 4 nights. The house had everything we needed. Fabulous kitchen! I give it 5 stars. But I will say be aware that if you are staying for less than a week you do have to pay an additional fee for linens and towels as well as an additional fee for housekeeping to make your beds upon arrival. Also know that you do have to walk over the dunes to get to the beach. It was a little difficult for a few people in our group. Other than that we had an amazing time.

This home is beautiful and is in a prime location on Oak Island. The views of the intercostal & ocean are stunning. The owner was very easy to communicate with & very responsive as was the property manager. We had some minor things pop up early on which were quickly resolved by the property manager. Overall, our family enjoyed this beautiful home & we were able to make some wonderful memories here.

Bottom line this is a top-tier property in the Oak Island area. The home is beautifully decorated, very well cared for, and has many small details that enhance the stay. Beth is a very good, thorough and responsive host and I enjoyed working with her on this vacation.

A beautiful, comfortable home for our two families and adult kids! Plenty of room! We appreciated the multiple decks on both sides of the house. One of us had to work remotely, so having enough space for quiet concentration was essential. We enjoyed the pool, and the beach and sound views were stunning, especially around sunset. We had no problems getting to the beach along the marked paths. We cooked many meals at the house; the kitchen was by far the most well-equipped of any vacation rental where we’ve ever stayed, and not just at OKI. Having the elevator was wonderful for luggage and groceries. The host was quick to respond to questions both before and during our stay. We would 100% rent again and hope to be back. We love this West End location and beautiful home!

We used the beach house for our central point for a family reunion for beach, pool, boat, fishing etc and it was perfect. Our kids and grand kids loved it. The kitchen was well appointed and having a fridge in kitchen and on lower floor kitchenette accommodated our large family. The home has an elevator which helps to get things to top floor where kitchen and living area are. ALL of the bedrooms have a great view of either the ocean or the ICW/Sound. Brenda, the manager, and the owner Beth were always very prompt in responding with any questions. There is a storage closet equipped with beach chairs, toys, umbrellas etc. There is also a gas grill on the ground level. Each deck has chairs and or table and chairs. The long driveway has a couple of pull off parking areas so traffic flow with our bunch wasn’t a problem getting blocked in. Very helpful! We chose to use our own local home for our 50th anniversary celebration but the backyard with the pool and hot tub is large enough to accommodate a party, wedding or celebration. A great week!

Had an awesome time at this wonderful location. If visiting this location with a large group as I did you may want to bring a few extra beach towels and bath towels. There were several supplied but with a large group you have to be doing laundry full time to keep clean towels on hand. Also consider bringing bathroom tissue. Only bathroom tissue supplied was the parcel rolls already put out beside the toilet. Other than that I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a great location to visit the beach. Pool and hot tub were very clean and the beach was very nice and was not crowded at all.

We would have been happy to bring more for you if we had known you needed more. We typically provide 1 - 2 extra rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom so I have discussed this with my housekeeping staff and apologize to you for the inconvenience. We sure hope you will return soon! True to description- loved the house and the location. Kitchen has everything you need and the home is very comfortable for a large crowd. Communication with owners and rental contact, Brenda, was wonderful and she helped problem solve some minor issues. Would totally stay here again!

Perfect for a staff retreat
