Nice condo with great view. We have stayed here three times and had another great visit. Nice furnishings, easy access to the beach, and plenty of room. The host is very easy to deal with and helpful.

This is an excellent location for anything happening at Moon Crush/Topeka. You can’t get any closer. The security team did great at directing us around traffic and it was incredibly nice to be able to easily walk to & from the event. The beach was also a very easy walk and the pools on property were great.The owner sent all needed information well ahead of our visit and arriving and parking and gaining access was stress free.The unit could use some TLC - there are cracks in the walls by door casings. The only real negative is that the primary bathroom toilet and floor were not clean. I cleaned them my first night of arrival. (Pics of toilet prior to me cleaning-all other pics taken as I left. Brought my own pillows, but was asked if I had taken the pillow cases (that I didn’t touch other than moving pillows off and back on the bed - see photos!) I was also asked about stains on towels and confident we did not stain towels. There was a very loud noise each time we turned on water. It eventually stopped middle of day 2, but was very strange. Ice maker great! The request tasks for check out were simple-no need to take sheets off the bed. You are asked to put away dishes, not just leave clean ones in the dishwasher, so you account for that in timing on your departure day. The curtains in primary are not at all light blocking, so beware if you are sensitive to light. One switch works fan & light, you have to stand on the bed to turn off light and leave fan running.

This place was great! Location to the beach was nice and the property was great. The pool is huge which our kids loved. The view was fantastic from the 15th floor. The building does check wrist bands so anyone not staying on the property can not join you.
