You can access the home in two convenient ways: through the front door using the keypad, which leads to stairs connecting the second and first floors, or directly on the first floor via the carport entrance. The first floor offers a comfortable living space, featuring one bedroom with two queen beds, a full-sized bathroom, and a fully equipped secondary kitchen. You'll also find a cozy dining area and a secondary living room complete with a Roku TV, DVD player, and a selection of movies in the video library. For added convenience, the laundry room is located on the first floor with a separate entrance accessible from the backyard. Outside, the backyard is equipped with three charcoal grills, a picnic table, an outdoor shower, and a variety of beach toys and chairs for your enjoyment.

The second floor of the home boasts breathtaking ocean views and serves as the heart of the house, featuring the main kitchen, living room, and dining area. The bright, open interior is bathed in natural light and includes a cozy living room with plenty of comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing or spending time with loved ones. This floor also includes two beautifully appointed bedrooms—one with a king-size bed and the other with a queen-size bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with Roku TVs for entertainment and blackout curtains to ensure a restful night’s sleep. A spacious full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and double sinks is conveniently situated between the two bedrooms. The kitchen on this level is a chef’s dream, complete with high-end appliances, including a 36” Italian gas range, and fully stocked with all the essentials needed to prepare gourmet meals. Outside, you’ll find a sprawling covered wrap-around deck furnished with durable polywood furniture and an outdoor dining table, offering an ideal spot for al fresco meals or simply soaking in the ocean breeze.

The third floor of the home is a perfect retreat, housing the spacious primary suite and a cozy bunk room. The primary suite is an inviting haven featuring a king bed with a luxurious mattress and high-end sheets, ensuring a restful night's sleep. It also boasts an attached full-size bathroom with a grand stand-up shower, double vanities, and a private toilet closet, as well as double closets for ample storage. Just outside the primary suite, you'll find a versatile space that includes a comfortable sitting area, a dining nook, a full-size bathroom, a charming kids' bunk room with four twin beds, and a convenient kitchenette.

Step out onto the additional covered patio, which offers stunning ocean views and durable polywood furniture. This patio is the perfect spot to relax and unwind, especially in the afternoons when it provides welcome shade. After a day spent at the beach or pool, you can escape the sun and enjoy a refreshing drink, dine alfresco, and take in the breathtaking sunsets.
Three living rooms are perfect for hosting movies or game nights with comfortable seating areas. Everyone gets front-row seats to the HDTV. The cozy area rugs, decorative light fixtures, and plush accent pillows and blankets make this a comfortable place to relax. One on each level allows plenty of space to spread out.

Our beach house is nestled in the sought-after Sand Point Circle community, offering a perfect blend of convenience and relaxation. Guests can take advantage of the community pool and hot tub, conveniently located just across the street, for a refreshing dip or a soothing soak. A private boardwalk provides easy access to the beautiful beach, where you can enjoy the sun, sand, and sea. Additionally, the community boasts the island's only beachside bar and restaurant, making it a unique spot to savor a meal or drinks with ocean views. For guests with mobility concerns, please note that this is a three-story home. There are 9 steps leading up to the front door, 5 steps down to the first floor, and 11 steps up to the second floor. However, if easier access is needed, you can enter the first floor directly through the carport entrance, which requires navigating just two steps.

During your stay, you will have access to the entire home, with the exception of the garage and a few owner closets.
