The Space:

Soft morning light filters across the private pool as you step outside, the calm Florida air inviting you to ease into the day. Inside, the spacious living area offers a comfortable place to gather between adventures, with room for everyone to unwind. Whether you're planning full days at nearby theme parks or quiet evenings at home, the setting is designed to let you move effortlessly from one moment to the next.



Sleeping arrangements

Five bedrooms provide space for groups of up to 15 guests. On the main floor, the downstairs master features a king bed with an ensuite bathroom, and a second bedroom also offers a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms include queen beds, one with its own ensuite bathroom. The fifth bedroom features two twin bunk beds and two full beds, creating a flexible setup that sleeps six. Every room is designed to give you a comfortable retreat after exploring the area.



Outdoor living

A private pool sits just outside, offering a refreshing place to relax throughout the day. Pool loungers provide a spot to stretch out between swims, and the covered outdoor area gives you space to spend time together in the warm Central Florida climate. Guests also have access to Solterra Resort amenities, including a resort style pool with water slide, cabanas, a lazy river, a poolside cafe, a fitness center, playground, tennis and volleyball courts, and recreational areas.



Indoor spaces

The living area is arranged for easy gathering, with a flat screen TV and ample seating for the whole group. The full kitchen includes the essentials for preparing meals, along with stainless steel appliances and plenty of room to cook and serve. A dedicated workspace and reliable wifi make it simple to stay connected when needed, and the washer and dryer offer added convenience during longer stays.



Kitchen and dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking and allows guests to prepare breakfast before heading out or enjoy relaxed evenings after a day in Orlando. Indoor and outdoor dining spaces give you options for sharing meals together in whichever setting feels best at the moment.



Resort and neighborhood

Located in Solterra Resort, the home places you within a short drive of major attractions. Disney is about 25 minutes away, Universal Studios about 30 minutes, and SeaWorld about 25 minutes. The surrounding area offers outlet shopping, golfing, and winery tours, along with easy access to popular destinations like Walt Disney World Resort, Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park, Disney's Hollywood Studios, and Epcot.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you’ll have complete and exclusive access to the entire home, along with access to the Solterra Resort community amenities. Please note, the HOA requires a separate, mandatory amenities fee of $35 for groups of up to 12 guests and $48 for groups of 13 or more. This fee is collected by the HOA and is not associated with our host charges. It applies to all reservations, regardless of whether the amenities are used.



Feel safe and right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway



The Neighborhood:

Located in Davenport, this vacation home is near theme parks. Disney Springs™ and Old Town are worth checking out if shopping is on your agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Walt Disney World® Resort and Disney's Animal Kingdom® Theme Park. Disney's Hollywood Studios® and Epcot® are also must-see destinations. Spend some time exploring the area's activities, including outlet shopping, golfing, and winery tours.



Getting Around:

Kissimmee Station - 22 min drive

Kissimmee, FL (ISM-Kissimmee Gateway) - 27 min drive



Everything you need is at your fingertips so you never have to leave. But if you do, enjoy world-class meals with your family and friends at many nearby dining options just a couple of miles from the resort. Located in Davenport just minutes from Orlando’s theme parks, shopping, dining and other area attractions. Solterra resort is in a great location just 5 minutes from a supermarket and other stores. There is also an IMAX movie theater and many other stores located at Posner Park, just 7 minutes away.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
