Bienvenue au French Leave South Beach !!

Cette villa nouvellement construite est située directement sur la plage la plus recherchée de l'ßle, une étendue de sable rose d'un kilomÚtre de long qui a été classée parmi les 20 meilleures plages du monde. French Leave Beach ne compte qu'une demi-douzaine de maisons et est généralement déserte.

La villa "Bight" offre une vue spectaculaire sur la mer depuis chaque chambre. La grande salle donne sur l'ocĂ©an Ă  travers un mur de fenĂȘtres. La cuisine avec vue sur la mer est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e d'appareils Ă©lectromĂ©nagers Bosch en acier inoxydable et de plans de travail en acajou africain.

Le Bight dispose de deux suites parentales, chacune meublée d'un lit king-size et équipée d'une salle de bain complÚte attenante en acajou africain. Les deux chambres ont vue sur l'océan. Les salles de bains sont dotées de douches complÚtes et d'appareils Rohl partout. Un lit d'appoint est disponible pour une 5Úme personne.

Au-delà des portes privées en acajou africain se trouve l'espace de vie extérieur offrant une vue à 180% sur la plage de French Leave et l'océan Atlantique.

Les équipements comprennent des plafonds voûtés, des ventilateurs de plafond, la climatisation, le WIFI, une télévision par cùble à écran plat, une laveuse / sécheuse et un générateur de secours, un grill, des chaises de plage et un parasol.

Le rĂšglement de Governor’s Harbour se trouve Ă  800 mĂštres, oĂč vous trouverez des restaurants, des Ă©piceries et des magasins d'alcool, la bibliothĂšque publique de Haynes (1897), des Ă©glises antiques, des boutiques de cadeaux, des cafĂ©s et des sandwichs et la Levy Health Clinic.

Stunning beachfront property

Great location steps away from the best beach on Eleuthera and a few minutes drive to Governor's Harbour restaurants. Well equipped kitchen and outdoor grill on the porch which has comfortable chairs to watch the waves, and plenty of beach gear to take down to the sand. Comfortable bedding, ample space, pleasant beach-y decor. Would love to return.

There is a fantastic back porch that looks out onto the beach and we spent many relaxing hours there. The furniture is nice and comfortable. The beds were great, very nice linens and comfortable mattress. Everything was super clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. You can’t beat the sunrises from the back deck. Also having two master suites with separate heat and air units was a real treat. Everyone was comfortable and relaxed.

Amazing, we will be back

This place was incredible. I have rented many VEBO listings over the last 12 years. In Hawaii, Turks and Caicos, Belize, Virgin Islands, Eleuthera, Montauk, San Diego, Washington DC, etc. this place was definitely in the top. The beach is absolutely the most beautiful beach I’ve ever seen. Hands down. We hardly even explored anywhere else because it was so nice. Michele the property manager was very responsive. Pam the owner was excellent to deal with by email. We used Tyrone Knowles was excellent to rent an SUV from. The house was extremely well set up. It literally had every thing we needed. No cheap annoyances like Hawaii where once we paid $500/night and they didn’t even give us one roll of toilet paper. There was toilet paper, paper towels, fascial tissues, beach towels, very nice loungers, two umbrellas, small chairs you could bring to other beaches. There were a whole set of matching small & large yeti to-go cups and a medium cooler. The kitchen was well set up with nice pans, dishes, cocktail glasses, wine glasses and even sharp knives. There is a nice blender. The porch was amazing to sit on with really nice comfortable Padded deck chairs. None of the uncomfortable metal stuff so many places have. The TV was nice and there was direct TV with movies and we were able to watch March madness. The view of the pink sand beach was amazing from the deck. We will be back for sure.

Restorative Stay in Paradise

This tranquil cottage on French Leave Beach was the perfect destination for a long overdue vacation. The house is perfectly appointed with absolutely everything you might need....kitchen supplies, books with a broad range of subject matter, games, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. The property manager was attentive and gracious. French Leave Beach is a magical and pristine beach with very few houses and a lovely group of local daily beach walkers. The cottage is in close proximity to the shops, restaurants, and amazing new grocery store in Governor's Harbour. We can't wait to return!

The cottage was clean, and the house manager Michele was extremely helpful and responsive. The internet/wifi connection isn’t the greatest but we’ve learned that it is due to the location of the cottage. So if you need a strong and fast internet you may be disappointed. All in all a beautiful property, managed by friendly, attentive staff. Definitely would rent this again!

I loved the experience of being on French Leave beach and the Bight II was absolutely stunning and well appointed. Thankfully, Michelle, our caretaker, was able to have the generator run for us to keep us cool and with lights on as there was a power outage while we were there. The attention to detail, spices, wine and beer in the refrigerator upon arrival, and the right appliances and cookware made our stay an 11 on a 10 scale.

As the locals will attest, French Leave is simply the best beach on the island. Both villas, Bite II and Dogtrot, are stunningly beautiful and thoughtfully designed. Our children joined us this year and stayed in Dogtrot. This is the perfect vacation spot on Eleuthera.

Perfect Villa on a perfect beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This villa was exactly as described. It sits on one of the most pristine and deserted beaches in Governor's Harbor on the Atlantic side. This villa was clean, updated with Bosch appliances, huge living space with two en suite bedrooms each with a king bed and double sink bathrooms. Ceiling fans and central air in all rooms. The view from the living area and one bedroom was incredible. Plantation shutters on all windows for privacy. Location to Governor's Harbor was ideal. Close to Buccanear Club and groceries, gas, liquor store, dive shop and bank. Great snorkling right out deont on the almost private beach. We walked that beach every day and saw reef sharks, stingray and crabs. The watwr is clear and clean of any seaweed. Reefs dot the shoreline for great snorkeling and swimming. Great front porch for reading and watching the thurnderstorms pass by over the ocean in the evening. Best accommodations we have stayed in so far. This was our 3rd trip to the ilsand and we will be staying there again! Special thanks to Michele Johnson the property manager for her quick and efficient responses to any of our needs. She went above and beyond for us and we aee so grateful to have met her.

We were looking for a fabulous beach with an amazing house and we found the perfect combo. The Bight Villa II has everything we were hoping for, gorgeous beachfront home, amazing appointments and great location. We are making reservations for next year! Eleuthera is the best kept secret. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Eleuthera and our stay at this villa. The beach is absolutely beautiful and was basically all ours. The villa was perfectly located and very modern and clean. We had everything and more that we needed. Also, Michelle who was our contact couldn't have been more helpful. She even got our tv working so we could watch the Superbowl!
