The property offers a 400 foot jetty where you will take in spectacular sunsets. There are 3 heated pools, one private pool for this building only that overlooks the marina, tennis courts, a full playground and a marina. The unit comes loaded with all new appliances. High speed Wi-Fi and 3 large smart TVs.
The living area and master bedroom have an array of large windows which brings in natural light. The living room seating includes a large sofa to comfortably seat the entire family with 2 accent chairs and a bench overlooking the tennis courts. Unit includes new driftwood-finish oak flooring and a modern kitchen with seating for four on the counter and formal dining for ten. The master bedroom has a king bed and a 55” Smart TV with Internet connection. The guest room also has two full size beds and also has a 56" smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Movies. Two full bathrooms, washer and dryer, free VERY VERY FAST WiFi (we work remote and have the fastest wifi). Pack and play also included.
Kawama Yacht Club’s amenities include an on-site marina (with boat ramp), oceanfront access, 24 hour security, boat trailer parking, fresh salt water lagoon, heated pools, kids playground and pickleball and tennis courts. These amenities make Kawama Yacht Club Tower a very desirable vacation. You can go boating, snorkel, kayak, paddle-board, and fish or just catch a tan. Access to the marina ramp is free. If you need a boat slip let us know and we can special arrangements.

Stunning place

This place is absolutely beautiful. Just renovated with a great taste and class. Everything you might possibly need is available. Conveniently located in Key largo, not far from Miami. The place is close to hotels, restaurants, pharmacies, stores. Recommended 120%

Bright and welcoming stay!

We enjoyed our first trip to Key Largo in part to the amazing unit we rented out for the weekend. The hosts did such a fabulous job with the interior and it was obvious they paid extreme attention to detail from the furnishings, the amenities, and the overall appearance and feel of the unit. The king sized bed was probably one of the most comfortable beds we slept on. We were very pleased with our stay and I think our 2 year old would've been just fine if we never left the rental! She found the kids' books and that was good enough for her! We plan on returning again in the future and would definitely rent this again!

We are a Christian family of four. We have two girls ages 11 and 12 that have pretty much grown up on the ocean. Our girls love to fish, snorkel and swim. They play tennis, catch fish, cut up bloody bait and throw cast nets better than most fisherman. We are blessed to have a large extended family. Our Saturday traditions include waking up early, catching bait fish, snorkeling and later catching big fish. The girls come back to the pool or the lagoon for a swim while the men wash the boat and clean the fish. We have an evening of cooking and beautiful family time around the table as we enjoy our incredible catch of the day. Did I mention our girls are also incredible chefs?????

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This property is located on the ocean side. We keep our boat at the Kawama Marina that is minutes away from the best fishing and snorkeling spots in all of the Florida Keys. ALSO..... we are tennis players!!! My husband and I play on several tennis leagues and a vacation is never a vacation if tennis is not on the agenda. The courts at Kawama are brand new and most importantly they are lit for night time playing. The area is very safe for our children. They roam around the facility without danger at all. The property has a view of the tennis courts. The kids will spend hours jumping off the platform in the salt water lagoon. So much to do and see in the Keys but you will want to spend the most time on the property as it offers more than you imagine.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

This property is safe . Our permanent residence is in Miami where our children are not free to walk around the neighborhood at all. When we arrive at Kawama my family gains a freedom they do not get to normally experience. The children walk around, swim, play tennis without fear. We have never had peace inside of our home knowing the kids are outside playing like we do at this property.
