- The home features 4 balcony and deck areas. 2 in the front, and 2 in the back.
- First floor balcony has a large daybed swing, perfect for that afternoon cat nap, or keep the kids entertained all day swinging back and forth!
- 2nd floor balcony features 4 cozy loungers and ottomans. Morning coffee anyone?
- The screened-in balcony at the back of the home is where everyone will want to be! Dining table for 6, ceiling fan to keep cool, and additional loungers to just simply relax. Nothing but Point Washington State Forest behind you - great spot to hang for the family while the chef fires up the grill!
- Lastly, the primary offers a private deck off the back of the home as well with 2 loungers. Great spot to sneak away and drink your coffee, or sip on an afternoon beverage.

Primary Bedroom: King bed with neutral beachy tones throughout. Seating area, Smart TV and en suite bathroom. Beautiful walk in shower, soaking tub, and vanity await.
Second Bedroom: King bed with en suite bathroom and coastal details. Bathroom has dual entrance to bonus family room as well.
Third bedroom: Queen bedroom, shared deck access, and a shared hall bathroom as well.
Fourth bedroom: Great for the kids - Double over double bunk beds, sleeps 4. Shared hall bathroom also.
Bonus family room: Pull out queen sofa

Minutes to the Shore ⇨
- The Lilly Lane beach trail leads you right to the San Juan Beach access point – it's a 10-15 min walk down the trail to San Juan Ave.
- Santa Clara Regional Access point. 10 min golf cart ride! Offers parking, lifeguards, and restrooms. You can also rent chairs, umbrellas, bonfires, etc.. here.
- Grayton Dunes – this one is a 15 min ride. Beautiful dunes and entry point, plus it's super scenic! There is parking and lifeguards available here as well.
Other things to note:
- Parking: 2 spots in the driveway and street parking also available.
- This home requires a minimum stay of 6 nights due to HOA requirements.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this.
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
