Welcome to your Montrose Music & Game Retreat — a bold and stylish getaway featuring two fully remodeled adjacent townhomes with a combined 3,400 sq. ft. of living space. Perfect for groups, this space accommodates up to 19 guests and is ideal for reunions, corporate retreats, or extended family stays.
Note: These are two completely separate units within a fourplex. There is no interior connection between them — guests must exit one unit and re-enter the other from outside.
