Short drive or bike ride to Nike and Intel. 20 mins to Portland. 30 minutes to beautiful Oregon wine country.
This was the perfect location for day trips into the Portland area. It has an amazing backyard that is also next to a park with walking trails. Would stay again!
Quiet beautiful location. Adjacent to a wonderful trail system, big redwoods in yard, fish pond with waterfall. Appreciated the exercise bike, weights, yoga mats, kids toys. Some cleaning needed attention (sinks, sliders, windows, carpetsâŠ). Kitchen well equipped, good beds, functional overall. We enjoyed our stay for a family gathering to attend a Portland wedding.
The house is beautiful but didn't like the fact that there are no bathrooms on the main floor and my family complained about the sap on the grass in the back yard. Other than that it was a wonderful stay.
We had such a great stay at Benjaminâs home. Such a cozy space and worked perfect for our family of 4! The home sits in a quiet cul de sac and the backyard is amazinggg. We would definitely stay here again!
As soon as you walk in, it's like stepping into your best friends house. Welcoming, comfortable, and my daughter was in heaven. Fantastic little walk through the woods leads to a little park that my daughter loved. The kitchen was perfect for baking. We did not want to leave!
The trees!!! Bed in lower level, mattress was very thin and felt bars under it. Put 2 thick blankets on top of sheets and it was tolerable. Everything else was great, enjoyed the outdoors very much.
Here for a graduation. We ranged in age from 5-70. It was great for everyone. Lots of toys and games, a deck and a yard for lots of outside play. But the best thing was a lovely little neighborhood park ( with readymade friends) about 2 minutes down a beautiful wooded path next door. All beds were comfortable and everything was perfect!!!!
Perfect house for our stay. Clean and well stocked with everything needed. The childrenâs toys were a lovely touch and I appreciated how well set up the kitchen was. Communication with the host was great. No complaints, would definitely stay there again.
Peaceful, Spacious, Comfortable. Great for Kids & Dogs
We rented the house to visit family in the Portland area and to celebrate our niece expecting her first child. The house is beautiful and cozy at the same time. There is a separate designated playroom for children. The backyard is a dream with four huge trees, a pond and a firepit. My niece's dog and her friend's children loved all of it. Multnomah Falls and downtown Portland are an easy drive away and both are a must see for visitors. Host Benjamin, and Property Manager, Ann, were great. Check in was easy. I highly recommend choosing this home for your getaway.
This lovely home was exactly what we needed after three long, grueling, stressful days on the road helping our son and his wife move to Oregon. The moving van was delayed, so we were three days late arriving and could only stay one night, but it was wonderful to stay in a real home after being in hotels before and during the move. Communication with the property manager was excellent! There was also a local property manager in the neighborhood for any urgent needs, and communication with her was fast and efficient, too. Great location (for us), beautiful home and yard, parking for two vehicles, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, soft towels, a much-appreciated washer and dryer (after three days on the road), and friendly management. Now that we have family in the area, we hope to return for a less stressful stay. Thank you so much.
