World-class fishing at the Rodanthe Pier is just a short walk or bike ride away (just 0.3 miles). You’ll also enjoy the area’s quaint shops, restaurants, and water sports venues. Make a day of beaching it at the convenient public beach access with a bathhouse and picnic area just a short drive away!

The under-house area features a spacious outside shower and a fish cleaning table. The charcoal park-style grill is ready for your catch of the day.

Step inside to all the comforts of home. This level features a double bedroom with a TV and a hall bath. The queen bedroom with deck access and TV shares a bathroom featuring a jetted tub with a king bedroom that has a TV. Also on this level is a room with 2 sets of bunk beds and TV. All TVs are streaming with all your favorite apps.

The top level boasts a well-equipped kitchen with a new refrigerator. The open living area is perfect for family time after a day of fun in the sun. The gas fireplace is decorative only and not for guest use. There is a second refrigerator and a wine cooler, so you’ll never run out of your favorite beverages.

The top deck is the ideal place to take in the salt air and ocean views. There is nothing better than that first cup of coffee as the sun rises over the beautiful Atlantic! With so much to offer, we’re sure this home will be your Sweet Spot for many years to come!
