This charming 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home featuring your very own custom TIKI HUT & TIKI BAR, offers everything you need for a relaxing and memorable vacation. Unwind in the private pool, soak up the sun by the spacious patio, watch TV in outdoor living room and enjoy tropical evenings in the TIKI HUT & TIKI BAR, all wtih canal views. If you enjoy boating inquire about usage of the dock and boat lift, we have direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. Located on a canal in a peaceful neighborhood, this home is just minutes from local dining and vibrant entertainment. Whether you're here for a family vacation or a romantic escape, our Cape Coral retreat promises comfort, convenience and a touch of paradise. Cape Coral is a short drive from Fort Myers, Sanibel and Captiva Islands and 19 miles to Fort Myers Airport (RSW). Pet-friendly with an additional fee, and guests must be 21 years or older to rent.
For your safety and security, our property is equipped with two exterior security cameras: one above the garage with a motion-activated light and one overlooking the pool and backyard. These cameras are strictly for safety purposes and are not intended for guest surveillance. We respect your privacy and ensure that no interior or private areas are monitored.

I was born and raised in Sunapee, NH, after college, I spent 5 years in San Francisco, CA and returned to Sunapee to have a family. I enjoy being active, swimming, skiing in the winter and water skiing in the summer. I love to travel, I've have spent time in Italy, went to Tanzania on my honeymoon and look forward to traveling more when my kids are a bit older. My husband, Patrick and I own Sunapee Stays which includes The Lodge boutique hotel, vacation homes and a luxury Treehouse in the Lake Sunapee Region of NH and a condo at the Long Trail House at Stratton Mountain, VT.
