The Space:
Enjoy a family-friendly, updated Cape in a quiet Amherst neighborhood, just minutes from UB South and Daemen University. With premium mattresses throughout, central A/C, a fenced-in yard, and modern amenities, our home is designed for comfort, convenience, and extended stays.

The first floor features a primary bedroom with a king bed, a guest room with a desk, a full bath with a tub, and a spacious living room with a 65” Roku TV and Sonos sound system. The updated kitchen has everything you need, including kid-friendly essentials like plates, bowls, cups, and a high chair.

Upstairs, you'll find a king bedroom with a desk, a dedicated kids' bunk/playroom with a pack-n-play, and a full bath with a walk-in shower.

Step outside to a private, fenced-in yard with a patio, seating for six, and a propane grill. L2 EV charging is available for guests who need it.

Perfect for remote work, the home includes two dedicated workspaces and high-speed internet.
