Our beautiful home is over 100 years old and located in the heart of the Irish Heritage District. It offers a bright color palate and combines modern comforts with vintage pieces to create a home-away-from-home experience.

The space
Our bright and colorful home is located in the heart of the Irish Heritage District in South Buffalo NY. It is centrally located to downtown, West Seneca, Orchard Park, and Lackawanna making it the perfect choice for all things Buffalo!

It features 5 large bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a deck with a hot tub, and a third floor game room. Our open concept kitchen and dining room has seating for up to 14 guests!

3 bedrooms are equipped with a single queen size memory foam mattress. The other 2 bedrooms have full size memory foam mattresses. Each mattress has been placed inside a hypo-allergenic mattress protector. In addition, we have provided each bed with a down-alternative comforter in a cozy cotton duvet cover. Each bedroom has extra plush blankets and pillows for your added comfort. Our bathrooms are stocked with fresh white towels, makeup towels, blow dryers, soap dispensers filled for your use, and on site laundry.

We created this fun and custom interior design to mesh our love of all things vintage and modern. You will find antique pieces scattered throughout the home but we did not forget any modern comforts to enhance your stay. There are brand new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen with a large breakfast nook. Our antique table seats 14 guests and is massive! You will find an assortment of table top and board games in the shelving unit. All but 1 bedroom have 32" smart tvs. Our 80"smart tv in the living room pairs perfectly with our large U-shaped couch, futon, and popcorn machine for the perfect night in!

The hot tub will not disappoint and can fit up to 6 guests at a time. It is located on our covered rear deck.

Lastly, the brand new custom arcade and poker room will keep you coming back year after year! It houses a rich mahogany and leather poker table, 4 player Ninja Turtles game, 2 player Mortal Kombat game, digital pinball machine, and a 2 person retro game console with over 600 games. There is a full size bar with 4 stools and mini fridge where you can store extra items throughout your stay.

We keep a high chair and a Pack n' Play for your convenience. They are located in the first floor closets. With all our amenities, this gorgeous home is perfect for a large group and has something for all ages.
Guest access
Guests may access and use all parts of the house and backyard, except the basement and storage closet.

For your safety we have 24/7 security cameras at the front entrance and back deck overlooking hot tub/ rear entrance.
