Located in a small, gated community, we are only 4 miles from Broadway (about a ten minute Uber ride).

The open great room is bathed in natural light and adorned with colorful and stylish decor and furnishings, perfect for all your photo op opportunities. Visiting chefs will love the well-equipped, island kitchen with high-end, stainless steel appliances and counter seating. Each bedroom has a large private en-suite bathroom.

The garage is currently set up as a game room complete with a lounge area, TV, ping pong table, and hand painted mural.

Additional features and amenities found at this duplex include a balcony off the main bedroom with a bistro table and chairs, central air-conditioning, guest parking inside the complex, and a private washer/ dryer.
