Notre maison est une propriété récemment rénovée et décorée de façon professionnelle de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains avec une 4e chambre / salle de jeux et un bureau en prime. Il s'agit d'un spacieux 2200 pieds carrés avec une grande cour ouverte sur un terrain d'angle calme. Facilement accessible au centre-ville (moins de 4 miles), Haywood Mall (2,5 miles), Bob Jones University (1,5 miles), Furman University (9 miles) et de nombreuses autres attractions de la région. Épiceries, restaurants et autres commodités à quelques minutes de notre maison.

Les chambres comprennent:
Master Suite: Lit King, salle de bain en suite rénovée, tv
Chambre 2: lit queen, coiffeuse, très spacieuse
Chambre 3: lit double, coiffeuse
4ème chambre / chambre bonus en option: lit de repos double, télévision, système de jeu Wii, livres et jeux pour les tout-petits

Le beau et grand salon contient une télévision et de nombreux sièges.

The house was absolutely perfect for our family. The small touches in the decor made us feel right at home. Everything was organized and ready for our arrival. The location was perfect- easy to get downtown and to other parts of Greenville. Would love to stay again!

Wow! The house was in a quiet yet convenient location to downtown Greenville, was incredibly clean, so well maintained, comfortable, and beautiful. The care and detail in every room, from the number of plates and glasses to the extra pillows, games, books, extra pillows and blankets…this was one of the best experiences we have had at a home away from home. I cannot recommend this property enough!

Perfect Stay in a Peaceful Neighborhood - 10/10

If you’re looking for a place in a quiet neighborhood that’s close to everything but still far enough from the hustle and traffic, this is the perfect spot. The property features a large, well-maintained yard and a long driveway with ample parking space.The ranch-style home is extremely comfortable, perfectly remodeled/decorated, and impeccably clean. The beds were all very cozy—including the daybed in the game room, which was surprisingly comfortable! The bathrooms were clean and well-appointed, and there were plenty of thoughtful amenities provided. We especially appreciated the plush towels, soft sheets, and comfy pillows.The owners were a pleasure to work with—very responsive and helpful whenever we had a question.I highly recommend this rental and give it a solid 10 out of 10! If in the area, I will try to stay here again.

Nice and quiet house

This was a clean house in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The added extras were an awesome touch (coffee, toiletries, fans in the bedrooms, etc). The host responds quickly. We will stay here again if we go back to Greenville.

Perfect Family Getaway in Greenville!

Our recent stay at this home in Greenville, SC, was nothing short of excellent. From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found the perfect place for our family. Great stay in Greenville

This house was beyond our expectations! Like others have said, the pictures don’t do it justice. The home was beautiful and had lots of amenities, even for my 6 month old baby. Very spacious, several areas for us to hang out. The host was very kind and responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect home away from home!

My mother, sister, and I stayed in this beautiful home while attending a scrapbook convention. The home is clean and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed crafting at the big dining room table. Beautifully kept home. The pictures don’t really do it justice! Nice, safe neighborhood. Very close to BJU, where we had an event. Beds are all amazingly comfortable. We didn’t want to leave! Extremely gracious host who answered our inquiries quickly. Will definitely stay here again!

Great Neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay. The bed was wonderful, and the fully equipped kitchen let us make breakfast every morning. I made use of the Keurig too! The couch is comfy for lounging in the evening watching TV and the neighborhood is very quiet and safe.

Lovely home with plenty of space

We were pleasantly surprised - the house looks even better than the pictures! It's spacious and decorated beautifully. There was lots of seating and TVs, and I slept really well on the king bed! The home was very clean and had everything we needed. I even enjoyed coloring a little bit in the coloring books that were available in the office. :) I would say the only thing that could be improved is the backyard patio - there's a grill but the table and chairs aren't very comfortable. Also, just a warning - if anyone in your party is physically disabled, the driveway is very slanted (but no steps to get into the house so that might help!). All in all, we had a wonderful stay and would rent this home again in the future.

Spacious home

The house is great! The listing photos don’t do it justice. It was great having two loving areas so we could have the grandkids over to visit and we could spread out. The dining table seats 10, which was a plus. Very clean, well-furnished and decorated, separate coffee bar, toys, books, puzzles - had something to keep everybody busy in the evenings. Will definitely stay again!

Great home!

We were very pleased with our stay at this property! In fact, given the choice, my youngest teenager would like to move in permanently! There was plenty of space to spread out and with a large family we were all able to eat together at the large dining table. Cooking was a joy with all of the necessary cookware/utensils already there! Beds were comfy and all rooms were very clean including the bathrooms. We look forward to using this home again when we come back to visit!!

My family has lived out of state for some time, but a few years ago, decided we wanted to spend more time in Greenville and create a space where others could enjoy our beautiful hometown as well. Our house has been lovingly renovated and decorated. We hope your family will find it as peaceful and comfortable as ours!

Location, location, location. Greenville has so much to offer! Our home is positioned so that you can easily access all that Greenville has to offer. Downtown, Haywood Mall area, Cleveland Park and Zoo, Bob Jones University, Furman University, Greenville Convention Center, Bon Secours Arena, Swamp Rabbit Trail and Paris Mountain State Park are all nearby! If you have a specific destination in mind, message me and I'm happy to provide exact mileage and commute time.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We have a sweet home on a quiet corner lot with a nice large yard for kids to play. Plenty of trees and hills in the neighborhood for nice morning walks. We think you'll love it!
