Key Pickup & Parking Information: Guests must pick up their keys at the Copper Office located at 189 Ten Mile Cir #109, Frisco, CO 80443. Free parking is available for key pick-up after 2 PM in the Ten Mile Circle garage and the Chapel lot for your convenience.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) Good location, bad access

This property was a struggle to find and get into from the first. It was not listed that you have to carry your luggage and gear through three doors and up a flight of stairs to get to the elevator.. in order to get to any amenities you have to go outside the building into the building next door. Theere was a coffee maker but no coffee pot and it took the rental company three days to get us a repalacwment so we had to get dressed and go out for coffee in the morning.

Good Location, misleading location of room

Upon arrival we finally located the check in office, searched the randomly hanging key boxes and then finally determined ours wasn’t there. I called and was on hold at least 20 minutes when we finally located our box on the very bottom. We then proceeded to locate our room, which was not in the building. Called the help number again and after another very long wait we found out our room was in a different building. We located it and then finally the door, we then discovered we would be carrying everything up the metal staircase to the 4th floor, we had rented a condo therefore we brought food. There is not access to the hot tub, sauna, laundry etc if you are in the east building, there also not elevator access from the first floor and the main building is not connected so if you want to access the amenities you do so by going outside and walking down the sidewalk. We liked the garage parking, the bed & couch were comfortable, kitchen was sufficient, view of the downtown was great, everything was right there including shops/lifts/activities etc, we never did find our specific locker but we found an open one to store ours skis in overnight. Main takeaway, if we stay here again I will make sure we are in the west building. .

There are a lot of confusing and incorrect reviews related to this property, so I’ll attempt to clear some of that up and offer a few tips. First, upon arrival there’s a 15 minute lot just across the road from the entrance and the Vacasa office where you obtain the key. Ski lockers are numbered by unit and located in the main building (same building as the Vacasa Office), on the 1st floor on a hallway where you also access the indoor hot tub, sauna and showers. The condo is in the building next to the main building, just across the same courtyard. The unit is on the Third Floor accessible by stairs and yes, at the far end of the hall, an elevator. Once you have the room key, you will use that to access the parking garage underground the courtyard of the condos. From there you can go up one short flight of stairs and viola! There’s the elevator that will take you to the top floor. Note- the garbage shoot is also just outside the elevator. The unit is well appointed in terms ofAppliances etc., but like many slope-side units built in the 1980’s, is dated. There’s also no balcony. There was plenty of room for our family of five, but the bathroom is tight and only has a shower. There are several great restaurants within close walking distance, and there’s a great little pizza place/bar and next to that a great indoor golf simulator/lessons next door to that behind the condo across a little bridge. Highly recommend! All told you really can’t beat the value for money.
