Tucker Mountain Lodge at Copper Mountain is the perfect location for your next ski getaway. Located in the heart of Center Village, Tucker Mountain Lodge is just steps away from American Eagle and American Flyer chair lifts. Tucker Mountain is loaded with amenities and comes complete with one spot in the underground parking garage, ski locker to store your gear, exercise room, a common outdoor hot tub.

Unit 227 is a well maintained 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo complete with full kitchen, gas fireplace, large flat screen TV in the living room and complimentary WIFI in room. Bedding goes King bed in the master bedroom and Queen Sofa Sleeper in the living room. Views of Center Village and the surrounding mountains can be seen from the patio. Common laundry facilities are located in the building. Please note: This property comes with one parking space in the attached garage. Additional vehicles can be parked in the North Alpine Lot for $20 per night.

Nice property, space was minimal, location to the slopes was great, hot tub was great, ski lockers were convenient, parking was convenient, check in is in Frisco so you have to plan for that.

You can’t get much closer to the lift than this and the condo is perfectly adequate and spotlessly clean. The Hot tub off the gym is super nice. Would have loved a reading light in the bedroom. And be prepared for a “ memory foam” mattress…

The condo was excellent. There was just two of us so it was perfect. A family of four would be cozy in there but other than that it was very nice and clean. 2 minute walk to the Eagle and Flyer lifts. Check in is in Frisco which wasn’t a big deal and we were able to check out early using the drop box at the Frisco office. Would stay here again.

Overall great. Underground parking. Elevator. Room on 2nd floor easy to get to. No view of the slopes but we didn’t spend a lot of time in the condo. Gear locker handy by the exit. Kitchen well stocked. Plenty of towels and pillows. Mattress was a bit firm for my taste and walls a bit thin. But overall you can’t beat the location to the lifts and center village. I would stay again.

I think the only negative thing to be aware of is that the check in location is in frisco. They were very helpful and quick and allowed us to leave the keys at the rental location rather than having to run back out to frisco on the way back. Other than that it was exactly as advertised. There were even a few puzzles to do! The hot tub is very nice and large though out door. There is not a sauna unfortunately but the steam room works similarly. Overall very pleased with the location

Very nice condo in excellent location!

The condo was clean, well equipped, and is in a fantastic location. From the ski locker room, it's a quick 2 minute walk through the convention building and right out to the American Flyer lift. Communication with the property manager was great and they were very helpful. Underground parking was very convenient and the building overall has excellent amenities. We used the gym daily, though the hot tub tended to be very crowded in the afternoon and evening. The only downsides for us were the firmness of the mattress (it was obviously a high-quality Tempur-Pedic style mattress, just a little firm for our taste) and the lack of storage space to unpack suitcases. We've stayed in this building three times, and none of the units had much in the way of dresser or storage space in the bedroom. Overall, I would highly recommend this unit and this property management company - we would definitely stay here again!

Clean but Somewhat Inconvenient and Poor Communication

The apartment itself is clean and mostly well-stocked. The kitchen was missing a few essentials--e.g., coffee cups and a cutting board. Our main issues were the check-in and check-out process and communication with the property managing company. This property requires you to stop in Frisco to check in AND out, as apparently they cannot trust the cleaners enough to return the keys once you've checked out. Communication with the property managers was spotty at best--I confirmed a late check out by messaging through VRBO, but then the day of, was told that I had been messaging some third-party who had the approved the check-out, not the property managers. I don't think we'll be staying here again.

Hi Kathleen, Thank you for your review. We are glad you liked the place although you didn't like us. I put a work order in to check on the coffee cups and cutting boards, we will add some if necessary. It's true that all of our guests check in, in person at our office in Frisco. This is not a big deal for 99.9% of people as they are going right past our office on the way to Copper and again on the way back. We do this for several reasons, first the owners of the properties we manage like that we meet the guests as they check in. Over the years we have caught multiple people trying to sneak in a bunch of extra people or unauthorized pets. Second, this way we can make sure you know where you are going and have all the information you need for your stay. Last, we sent you 3 different emails prior to your stay giving you all the information you needed for check in and we are always available by phone. Thanks, John Forest, Bighorn Rentals

Great location

This was a 6 day ski trip. The condo was perfect for the 2 of us. At first I thought the memory foam mattress was too firm but once you get settled it it forms to you and it was very comfy. The location was convenient...from the ski locker on the 1st floor you just walk out from there and across the parking lot and through the lodge and out to the lifts. There was not much night life so if youre looking for a lively Apres Ski experience you may be disappointed. The condo was nice and warm with a nice gas fireplace for a cozy feel. Be prepared for no cable or local channels on the tv...but you can log into your streaming channels on the smart tvs. The walls are a bit thin but it wasnt really too loud, but you do know you are in a building with other people! The hot tub was nice and hot and seemed very clean and surrounded by trees and rocks for a nice atmosphere. The Property Mgt is very easy to reach and were quick to come out and successfully fix the fireplace that had stopped working. Be aware that you do not have a view of Copper Mt but the surroundings are really pretty. I would stay here again and I feel it was a good value for the location and the quality of the unit.
