PISCINE ET CHALEUR SPA GRATUITES!

Ce merveilleux 6 chambres 6 salles de bain maison nouvellement construite dans la région de West Haven se trouve à seulement quelques minutes de Disney et Champions Gate zone commerçante. Cette maison est absolument parfait pour les familles. La maison dispose de deux grands salons pour que chacun puisse s’étendre et se détendre. La zone réservée aux médias et aux jeux à l’étage comprend un téléviseur Ultra Haute Définition de 75 pouces avec accès direct à Internet, Netflix premium et Prime. Il y a aussi une table de baby-foot, un exercycle et un entraîneur polyvalent. Les étages supérieurs disposent également d’une salle de jeux séparée avec un billard. VEUILLEZ NOTER: le garage est interdit

Trois des chambres ont leur propre salle de bain privée pour la commodité des clients. Les deux autres chambres à l'étage ont une salle de bains séparés rendant facile pour tout le monde à obtenir rapidement prêt pour une journée de plaisir à Orlando.

La grande cuisine entièrement équipée est parfaite pour recevoir avec un grand comptoir avec des tabourets de bar au milieu. Il y a aussi une table à manger pour 8 personnes ainsi qu'un espace à manger supplémentaire côté piscine sous la véranda.

La piscine clôturée est clôturée.

We had a wonderful time at this house. It was clean and very roomy. We loved the pool and the hot tub. My only complaint was the lack of parking and no where for overflow parking at night. If the house sleeps 12 people, there should be more than 2 parking spaces available. The host was fantastic, responded very quickly to any questions or concerns.

Great 50th Birthday Weekend

We loved the property. Our only suggestion is to purchae better pillows for the beds. We will definitely book again.

Family vacation from Pittsburgh

Our family enjoyed our stay in Florida at this property. The listing is even nicer in person. The kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of towels and beach towels as well. There was enough room for everyone to have some personal space as well as family time. Check in was fast and easy. I reached out via email and the property manager answered within hours. The property was in a very convenient location. Easy to get to the parks and Cocoa Beach and C as pe Canaveral. We would definitely stay here again!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arriving we were notified the a/c unit wasn't properly working. They got someone out right away to fix the issue. The house was very spacious, clean and accommodating. It took us a while to get the tvs working with the wifi but we had to unplug the roku in all rooms and plug them back up and then they all connected. ONLY downside for us is the game room is small and it made it hard to play pool with minimal space. Overall we all loved the pool and the amount of bathrooms. We would book again if in Davenport.

Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this house 9 years ago and loved it that’s why we used it again. Was disappointed that I had to call maintenance twice - once because the TV in the master bedroom downstairs didn’t work and once because the garbage disposal didn’t work. Maintenance was quick to come and fix everything so that all worked out. I was disappointed with the cleanliness, carpets were awful and we had a 17 month old and a four year old with us so there was a lot of floor time. Curtains in the dining/kitchen area had a big stain as did the valance in the downstairs master bedroom. Bathroom counter in downstairs master was dirty when we arrived. I also found it odd that every bedroom in the house had comforters on the beds but the master downstairs only had a sheet and blanket - like it was incomplete. It would be nice if they supplied pot holders and kitchen towels - we spent a lot of time at the house and both would have been a wonderful asset. Foosball table is outdated and falling apart so that was disappointing. Not a single thing has changed in the 9 years since our last stay and it showed in the wear and tear. If updated this house is a wonderful place to stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our experience was good. We absolutely loved the pool area. The best pool area thus far. The house needs to be cleaned a lot better than what it was, so the prior reviews were correct with this. We brought our own cleaning stuff as we always do just incase. I would consider and suggest adding an ice machine to the freezer. The ice trays were dirty as well. We ended up buying ice. The parking could be better. The garage was locked so we couldn't access additional parking near the house, so just know to only travel with 2 cars,or risk the chance of your vehicle being towed. You can park at the clubhouse but it isn't near the house. We had issues with the entry pin about 2 nights in, but the staff was great with assisting us. The previous trash bins hadn't been dumped, so we had limited space to dump our trash. The recycling bin was screwed down as well. The owners do not allow you to turn the air below 74. There were times when the house got extremely hot. I understand we're in the fall season, but we are still in Florida, southern Florida at that- it's still hot outside. Only one bedroom had a fan and there are no extra stand alone fans, so you will have to purchase your own. Be sure to bring extra towels and wash cloths like we did for your makeup/ menstrual to avoid any fees of stains- all of the towels are white. The check-in/ out times are different on your contract versus VRBO, so pay attention to that. I would suggest a check-in/out tablet as well. Overall, this was a good house, nice decorations, a good stay- it just needs deep cleaning.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was not expensive so maybe I shouldn't have expected much. Examples of things that were dissapointments- the pots and pans were ancient and in terrible shape- there wasn't anything to clean dishes with, no soap left, one trash bag, not a coffee filter. These are things that previous renters have purchased and I'm sure left. You could leave a few simple things in there for your renters. - no extra towels. One per bed. no pool towels. - barely enough silverware for 6 people. Knives were old, dull, and not a full set.It is obvious that this is all about spending nothing and maximizing the rental income. - I would be glad in paying a little more to have some decent basic amenities.

Reviewer Comments: Hello, We were very dissappointed, we even reported the issues to Melinda, who agreed to provide us free heat for the hot tub, and the hot tub never got warm. We spent a lot of money to rent the home and there was a number of issues. A refund of some sort should be warranted.

Great house just missing some things

House was great. Very clean. When we got there we noticed a gate to get into the neighborhood and no one had told us a code to get in. Luckily a neighbor was walking by and let us in. Once we got into the house there was supposed to be a welcome basket with trash bags, soap, dishwasher soap etc. and there was nothing so we had to go buy that. Randomly the hot tub just drained to empty so we weren’t able to use that. Clean house but just seemed unorganized

Nice House

The house was nice and clean. We enjoyed the size of the pool. However, there is only parking for 2 cars at the house, which was a problem for us. Could use updated pillows and not all beds had fitted sheets on them, most had two flat sheets.
