Situated in the Anacostia neighborhood of DC, immerse yourself in this urban gem; it is the only neighborhood in the USA with its` own Smithsonian Museum. It is home to Fredrick Douglas` house & Anacostia park with trails along the river.

Main Floor: 5 steps to get into the house from the front and back of the property. The living room, dining rooms, kitchen, laundry room, sun room, and half bath are on this floor.

PARKING: There is free parking for 2 vehicles on the premise. If you`re bringing more than 2 cars, you can park for free on the street near the property. We do provide free parking passes for all guests parking on the street.
