Perfect place and location

This is a wonderful place for a girls trip or family. Very well cared for property with great amenities. It is so easy to get around Savannah from Forsyth Park. The front porch is great to relax and people watch!

House is beautiful and in a great location, but it is on a main road and traffic can be a bit loud.

Cute House and Great Location

The house was clean and easy to find. Parking was also very easy with the two spots allotted to the home. We only stayed a weekend, but it was perfect. We used the porch often and were able to walk to several locations from the house!

The house was so beautiful and well stocked. By far my favorite house we’ve stayed in out of all the houses we’ve vacationed at! Perfect in every way! 10/10 highly recommend!

Girls trip

Had an amazing stay at the Abilene on Forsyth! Beautiful & clean perfect for 3 ladies or 3 couples! Each of us had our own updated bathroom and comfy bed. Plenty of space to ourselves and to gather together to eat and relax. We would definitely recommend to family and friends 😊

Our group of six recently spent three nights at The Abilene on Forsyth Park for a milestone birthday getaway, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional! The property is beautifully appointed, featuring three gorgeous bedrooms that accommodated our party perfectly. We were particularly impressed by the cleanliness of the home and the thoughtful amenities provided in both the kitchen and bathrooms.While the property offers two convenient parking spaces—which easily accommodated our large rental SUV—we found the location so central that we rarely needed to drive. The historic downtown of Savannah is a pleasant 15-20 minute walk away. Finally, the owners provided a comprehensive guest guide which made check-in effortless, and her quick responses to my inquiries ensured we felt well-supported throughout our stay. The Abilene was the cornerstone of a magical weekend. I highly recommend this property and would certainly stay here again.

Perfect In Every Way

The location is right across from a beautiful park which makes even sitting on the front porch enjoyable. Location makes it so easy to explore the area. I stay in alot of Vrbos and you will not find a property that is cleaner , better stocked , has more beau furnishings , then this property. The owner has thought of everything and has gone above and beyond when it comes to the little details that really make staying at this property stand out as one of the best rentals. You can also tell the cleaning crew does a great job and pays attention to details. I'd definitely stay here again.

We spent Easter weekend at this property . We were a family of 4 adults and 2 young children. This was an outstanding home. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and each had their own bathroom. The home was well appointed with everything you would want or need in the kitchen and bathrooms. Loved the extra special touch of nice bathroom soap and shampoo ! The kitchen had a wonderful coffee station and all the dishes, silverware , cookware and glassware you would need to cook and eat with. Tennis rackets and balls were a surprise and well appreciated , when the court was empty we got a chance to enjoy it! Parking was easy right behind the house and it was great that it was included so you don't have to worry about meters or walking to a parking garage like some vrbo houses we have rented in Savannah . The front porch with rocking chairs was a favorite hangout for our entire family ! From morning coffee to evening cocktails ! Being right next to the park but at the far end was just right, there was just enough people watching without feeling like you overwhelmed by crowds. There was a farmers market on Saturday and it was a short walk across the street, very cool. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this property and the property manager Stacia. You will not regret staying here , it's a perfect home away from home to enjoy Savannah! We would without reservation stay here again!

Beautiful home! Very clean and comfortable for a family of four, felt like a 5 star home away from home. Nice location across from Forsyth park and easy walk to just about anything you’d want to see in Savannah. The host was very attentive to our needs and provided guidance on places we visit during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

My daughters and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here (and the quaint city of Savannah). The bedrooms were large and roomy, the kitchen was perfectly outfitted with everything you needed for your stay, and the living room was cozy with plenty of seating. The host has thought of everything for a comfortable stay and added some special touches that made it feel even more special. We loved the fact that it’s right next to Forsyth Park and walking distance to shops and restaurants. We did have a car but we found it more convenient to walk or take Uber for places like the riverfront. One drawback for those that are light sleepers: since the house sits on a major street that surrounds the park, the noise of the cars can keep you awake. Since we were so tired at the end of the day we slept well even with the background noise. We liked that the host does have this disclaimer on their VRBO description so that allowed us to make an informed choice.If you’re looking for a place to stay, I highly recommend your stay here!
