Welcome to Happy Trails, our charming condo 315/316 at Bend Riverside Rentals. Situated on the second floor, this unit offers a tranquil escape with stunning views of the Deschutes River. From your private balcony, you can savor the soothing sounds of the river while spotting otters and herons, all with your morning coffee in hand. As evening falls, the river sunsets create a perfect setting to unwind, whether you're cozying up with a blanket or a glass of wine.

The condo comfortably accommodates up to four guests, featuring two queen beds in separate sleeping areas. With two full bathrooms, there's ample space for everyone to get ready without crowding. The main bathroom includes a tub/shower combo, ideal for unwinding with a bubble bath after a day of adventures, while the second bathroom, connected to the bedroom, boasts a beautifully remodeled walk-in shower.

Our fully stocked kitchen at Happy Trails allows you to prepare your favorite meals without leaving the condo. It's equipped with a range oven, a full-sized fridge and freezer combo, and a dishwasher, so you can enjoy your time without worrying about hand-washing dishes.

Relax on the couch and enjoy a movie by the ambient glow of the fireplace. If there's a disagreement on what to watch, no problem—there's a second TV in the bedroom, ensuring everyone can enjoy their preferred shows.

Don't miss out on our indoor heated pool and hot tub, available year-round from 9 am to 10 pm daily. Additionally, you'll have access to our on-site laundry facilities, conveniently located just one floor below.

Beautiful riverside spot

When visiting Bend we always stay in this complex . Best views of the river, easy access to river walk trail. This condo was very clean, comfortable, and easy check in.

Beautiful View

The building was older, but the location and view were awesome. Condo was well-stocked and clean. Loved the fireplace. Couldn’t figure out front bathroom shower, but the other shower was great!

Clean Getaway

There was a separate bedroom and bathroom as well as a bed in the living room with TV’s in both areas. Everything was clean and tidy and simply decorated with no strong smells. The view from the balcony was beautiful and the peaceful sound of the river calmed the spirit. Amazingly, the sliding glass doors blocked all noise from the outside, making it a quiet place to sleep. I enjoyed time sitting out on the balcony watching a family of marmots play. As mentioned in the description, you could hear footsteps from the condo above, but nothing else, and it wasn’t disruptive. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics for cooking and eating a meal and all appliances worked well and were clean. I liked the keyless entry and it made it very easy to check in and out of the room. The location was great and I didn’t have to drive longer than 15 minutes to get everywhere I wanted to go in Bend. There is a nice paved walking path along the river just a few steps away. I would definitely come back and bring friends!

Weekend getaway

I am a travel nurse and live full time in a tiny camper. So this was a much needed weekend to stretch out. It was nice to get a full sized shower, kitchen, and livingroom. Hot water. Clean. Nice location. Nice fireplace. Loved listening to the river. Because i live in a camper i drive a large truck. Parking for large trucks is not doable for this building. Other buildings in the complex yes. Not this one. There is a musty smell. I sprayed hairspray which seemed to neutralize it. Overall it was an enjoyable stay and ended far too soon.

Lovely location

Nice accommodations with lovely view. We liked the casual decor and taking walks along the river trail. Very convenient to town, as well. The property manager was responsive and accommodating when we had a concern. We were there in winter and would love to go back again at another time of year!
