The Casa Sea Esta is almost like being home while on vacation. There is two (connect with App) electric vehicle charging station stations available. The new kitchenette is fully stocked with nearly everything a full-size kitchen has but on a slightly smaller scale. Features included are a new 9 cubic ft. refrigerator and freezer, new microwave, toaster, electric kettle, dishes, utensils and glassware and much more! The living room seating/dining area comes with a 42-inch led flat screen TV that swivels, with full cable - free high-speed wireless internet. There is a basket full of beach towels for your use during your stay. Beach chairs and umbrella for your use. Sleep soundly and comfortably on the brand-new Kings Down king size mattress and soft 600 thread count sheets beautiful new floors in the main living and kitchenette area with open shelving, granite counter, marble back splash and vessel sink. The bathroom has been freshly refinished with a spa like feeling and comes fully stocked with soft plush towels for your use during your stay. A weekly/monthly discount may be available for anyone renting for more than seven days. This is a boaters paradise boats and kayaks are available for rent. Boating dock-slip space is available on-site and can be purchased a la carte at the lobby or reserve in advance on website, along the sea wall. This building is also located next door to "Sara Bay Marina" making it an ideal location for anyone who stores their boat in that marina. Boats have direct gulf water access with no fixed bridges. The laundry is located in the next building and may be used at your convenience. Hotel Breakfast is NOT included but can be purchased a la carte at the lobby for $10 per person, ($ 5. for children) per day. Resort room service is NOT included but there are some nice restaurants close by. This lovely condotel unit is only steps to the resort like amenities, that include heated pool, restaurant and tiki bar, (Tarpon Bay) fitness center, coffee bar, gaming area, computer center, and the new Arcade Area. The new fireplace in the waiting lounge on site. Daily/Weekly housekeeping is not included and is a separate/additional charge. Additional housekeeping services may be purchased upon booking your reservation. The studio is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, trash bag and soap. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products at your own expense. Baby crib/changer, highchair and stroller is available upon request two days before check-in. Simply do an inquiry before completing your reservation, and we will be happy to add daily/weekly housekeeping for $40 per cleaning.
