East Nashville Cottage - Pet Friendly

Welcome to East Nashville and Music City! We are located minutes from downtown, Nissan Stadium, Five Points, and Germantown. We feature prime location, style, and comfort. We are one block from premium bars and restaurants, as well as Starbucks and Publix, and feature a clean space with off street parking.

The space:
There is a full kitchen, living room with TV, one bedroom with a King size bed, another bedroom with a Double bed, and a full bathroom o nthe main level. We have a fully fenced yard and off-street parkjing.

The second level features a bedroom with two single beds. Please note: This space features very steep steps and lower ceiling height. This space is not recommended for young children or elderly. The second level is a great space for sleeping, but due to the ceiling height that is all that is recommended. This space will generally be closed off, unless the extra beds are noted to be needed upon booking.

The property has WiFi and a desk available for a private workspace.

Guest access:
We welcome animals. Additionally, the yard is fully fenced for your dogs to play in. Please note: There is an additional fee for pets. If there is more than one pet, please inquire about the pet fee.

House Rules:
- Please no more than 2 cars parked at the house at one time - there is a gravel spot for off street parking, and space for one more vehicle on the street. Any additional vehicles will need to be parked off site.
- Upon booking, please let us know how many guests will be visiting and staying at the property. No xtra guest permitted without prior approval.
- Due to the importaance of having enough time to get the property ready for each guest, there will be a $40/hour fee for any late check-out without prior approval.
- No smoking permitted inside and all cigarettes and ashes must be picked up from the exterior prior to checking out.
