Welcome to Tower Heights Two! A stylish condo in a small trio, it features a cozy fireplace and a relaxing lounge chair. Just steps from the mall and two miles from Lake Lanier Islands, you’ll enjoy easy access to shopping, dining, and a safe neighborhood. Clean, welcoming, and the perfect spot to unwind

Our nightly rate includes up to 4 guests.
Each additional guest (2 years and older) is $25 per person per night.
Infants under 2 years old stay free.
This home has a maximum occupancy of 2 guests. Please add every guest to your reservation so we can prepare the right number of linens, towels, and supplies.

Shops and department stores were in walking distance from the townhome I stayed 12 days each time for work getting to work took less than 20 minutes which was awesome for the workers the townhome was clean and beautiful I would recommend this Townhome you will not be disappointed he respond quickly with no problem

It was perfect for what we needed. Much better than a hotel. Bedding was awesome…very comfortable. Owner is very friendly and easy to work with!! Will definitely stay again if the need arises.

Chris’ condo was modern, new, and beautiful. Three spacious bedrooms and two baths are upstairs, with very comfortable beds and good lighting. The kitchen, dining area, living area, and powder room are downstairs in an open floor plan. Everything was well appointed, and the furnishings are very attractive. There are two parking spaces, and the neighborhood is friendly.There is a large shopping mall nearby, but you can’t see it due to the topography and clever landscaping. Try not to miss it, like we almost did!I’m very happy to have found this charming little haven, and I would stay here on future visits to Gainesville.

We loved this cozy town home. It was very clean and pleasant. There were some nifty features such as remote control fans, a vibrating massage chair, and an artificial fireplace/light feature in the master bedroom. We had neighbors in both surrounding units and we could not hear a single sound from them. Communication with the host was excellent! Would definitely recommend. There was access to everything we needed nearby.

Comfortable and Clean

My two sons and I enjoyed staying in the townhouse. It was very spacious and clean. We particularly enjoyed the massage chair and the electric fireplaces since the weather was cold and rainy when we visited. It was just a few minutes drive to good restaurants and cafes in the downtown area.

We stayed for a weekend and could not have been more pleased. The unit was new, clean, well equipped, with comfortable beds. The owner was very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this property.

Good hospitality

Neat and clean. The host was responsive to our needs. Everything was in working condition and the washer and dryer were amazing. The great grandchildren loved the fireplace!

Modern and convenient

We come to Gainesville 2-3 times a year and this is the best rental by far! Close to restaurants and shopping. The unit is clean and modern. Check in was super easy and Tania was quick to respond to any questions I had.

My parents and I had Dr.appointments three days in a row! I always look for accommodations on Vrbo as they are cheaper and you can make payments over time! The townhouse was supper close to Dr's,restaurants,and shopping! As we all have issues with pain for

Bare bones

The property left us feeling rather short-changed. Fireplace not operational, wired problem w/ceiling fan in master bed-kept going off & on thru nite. No instruction information of TV, no area information (always in other rentals, a folder of take-outs, restaurants etc). Check out @ 10 am inconvenient. 11am would have been civil.

We wish you had reached out during your stay—we would have been happy to assist with the ceiling fan and provide fireplace instructions. We’re currently updating our welcome materials to include more local info and TV guidance. As for check-out time, we try to be flexible when possible, but our cleaning schedule often requires a 10 a.m. check-out to prepare for incoming guests. Beautiful new townhome

The property is new and beautifully decorated. We had a great stay and will certainly try to stay here again when heading back to visit my parents.
