Conveniently located within walking distance to The Hangout, Sea n Suds, The Pink Pony Pub, The Market Place, and the fishing pier.

Your Accommodations:

The spacious master features a king-size bed, with hall bunks perfect for smaller children.
The brand new sleeper sofa features a premium queen memory foam, making for spacious sleeping arrangements for up to 6 people.

The space
The living space is an open-concept plan that features a brand new sofa, a 50-inch flat-screen TV, and a beautiful view of the gulf from the kitchen and living room.
Step out onto your balcony from the sliding glass doors and enjoy your morning coffee or your favorite afternoon beverage. You'll have a front-row seat to amazing sunrises and sunsets, dolphins playing, and the peaceful sounds of waves crashing against the beach just steps away.

Guest access
Upon arrival, you'll be greeted with light snacks to welcome you to Breezy Does It, along with premium starter toiletries and housekeeping supplies. You'll also find complimentary beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, and even a boogie board or two!

You will enjoy full access to all that Royal Palms has to offer, including an indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, steam, and exercise rooms. Enjoy a night in by using the common-area grill with a picnic area, and wash the sand away using the outdoor showers.

A code will be provided for your entry to these amenities before your arrival and will work for all amenities including the indoor pool.

Onsite parking fees are $60 per vehicle with a maximum of 2 vehicles. There is no boat or trailer parking on site.
