A fresh and inviting living room is set with a sofa and desk that are privately placed when you walk in the apartment. Off the kitchen area, a welcoming bedroom awaits, featuring a king-sized bed and an expansive walk-in closet. Enjoy a private patio with lounging chairs and step into the shared backyard.

THE LAYOUT:

KITCHEN/DINING AREA:
The kitchen is sleek, bright, and thoughtfully designed with modern convenience in mind. Featuring white cabinetry, a deep sink with a high-arc faucet, and open shelving for easy access to everyday essentials, the space is both functional and stylish. The smooth white countertops wrap into a peninsula with barstool seating for two, a dining table with seating for two is placed in this spacious kitchen. There is a full suite of stainless steel appliances; including a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher—make cooking & meal prep feel effortless. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a full dinner, you'll find all the essentials: cookware, utensils, dishes, glassware, and even a coffee maker to start your morning right.


LIVING ROOM:
Situated at the front of the apartment this living room is a cozy and inviting space with a clean, modern aesthetic. Use the sofa to relax and watch TV on the mounted flat-screen, paired with a stylish coffee table. This multi functional space offers a desk area and a door to make this more private and comfortable for your next stay.


SLEEPING AREA:
At the end of the hallway the bedroom is a serene and stylish retreat designed for restful nights. A king-sized bed takes center stage with matching modern nightstands set with lamps and a white noise sound machine. An expansive walk-in closet offers ample storage for your clothes or luggage. Unwind while watching TV on the mounted flat-screen right from the comfort of your bed.


BATHROOM:
Next to the bedroom this updated bathroom features a modern vanity and a full-size shower and tub combo features a rainfall showerhead—perfect for starting your day or winding down. This bathroom is fully stocked with the essentials that any guest would need including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and a hair dryer to ensure a smooth and convenient stay.

THE PATIO:
Step outside onto your private outdoor patio from the dining area to find a bistro set for 2 and a lounging chair. Just beyond the seating area, a gate leads you to the backyard—offering a seamless flow between indoor comfort and outdoor relaxation.

THE SHARED BACKYARD
Welcome to your Urban Oasis in Providence. While the backyard is shared among eight apartments, it still feels like your own private retreat thanks to thoughtful design and cozy nooks. Relax in comfort with lounge chairs arranged around a coffee table—perfect for a game of Jenga. Fire up the pizza oven, keep your drinks chilled in the mini fridge, and take advantage of the gas grill. Each apartment is stocked with grilling tools you can bring outside, and there are prep counters for easy outdoor cooking. String lights overhead create a warm, inviting glow for evenings. Dine al fresco (in the open air) at the outdoor table or get active with the professional-grade ping pong table and regulation cornhole setup on the lawn. Just steps from your door, this backyard is your go-to spot for relaxing, crafting a meal, and enjoying the outdoors.

THE BUILDING:
This beautifully restored building on Dean Street in Providence features a bold blue exterior with crisp white trim, reflecting the charm of its historic neighborhood while offering fully updated interiors. Located in a walkable, well-connected neighborhood, the home houses three separate short-term rental units—including this inviting first-floor apartment. Despite the thorough renovations of all our apartments, the building itself remains an older structure and is considered unsuitable for young children. However, if your children are 6 years or older and you understand these considerations, we would be happy to accommodate your stay. We will provide instructions for 1 free parking spot in the lot diagonally across the street. If you park in any other lot or driveway around the building, your car WILL BE TOWED!

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire apartment, private deck and shared backyard space.
The apartment is located on the first floor and shares access to the building. This front door is shared with the apartments on the 2nd and 3rd floors.

The Neighborhood:
Step outside your apartment on Dean Street and discover one of Providence’s most authentic and flavorful neighborhoods. This area is known for its vibrant atmosphere and hidden gems that locals love. Steps away find yourself at Irregardless for biscuits on the weekend or dine at The Patio on Broadway and enjoy cozy outdoor seating. Right on Broadway grab a unique latte at the famous Nitro Bar, brunch at Julian’s for their creative & funky menu, and enjoy a drink at The Avery speakeasy. 2 blocks away explore Providence’s Little Italy! Federal Hill where there are endless restaurants and live music performances. Just over the bridge, you’ll find Downtown Providence! Catch a show at the Providence Performing Arts Center, spend a night at waterfire along the Providence and Woonasquatucket Rivers, or watch the Providence Bruins play at Amica Mutual Pavilion. If you’re looking for more personalized recommendations on where to eat or explore during your stay, feel free to reach out—we’re always happy to help!

Getting Around:
If you like walking, this is the place to just park your car and explore the city! You can walk to much of the city, but Uber and Lyft are also available, and many scooter operators are also available in the city.

We have free parking available for 1 car in a small parking lot diagonally across the street from the apartment.

Other Things to Note:
The apartment building is located within walking distance to everything however it is on a busy road. We are located 1 block away from the Providence Public Safety Building, which can get loud if they go by for an emergency, but at the same time make you feel safe knowing they are close by. Although this is a 1st floor apartment, there are still 2 steps to get into the building.

Interaction with Guests:
​​The building includes a shared stairwell and backyard, accessible to all guests, but the apartment and deck are exclusively for your private use.
