Summary:
Discover the perfect mix of industrial charm and modern comfort in this open-concept layout. Featuring exposed brick, high ceilings and oversized windows, the space is designed for both style and relaxation. Unwind on the cozy couch or enjoy coffee at the bistro set beneath the windows. A private workspace adds convenience while the queen-size bed tucked beneath a bold navy accent wall promises restful nights. With a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom this apartment is ideal for up to 2 guests.

We wish to continue to host guests, so unfortunately, this space is NOT suitable for Parties or Events.

THE LAYOUT:

LIVING AREA:
As you step through the door, you're immediately welcomed into a beautifully open and thoughtfully designed living space. At the heart is a sofa perfectly placed to watch TV on the mounted flat screen TV paired with a coffee table. The overhead pendant lighting and exposed beams give the space a unique architectural flair. A dedicated desk sits nearby, offering a great spot to work or plan your day.

KITCHEN/DINING AREA:
To the left, you’ll find a bright and functional galley-style kitchen with an elongated layout designed for efficient cooking, ample counter space, great flow, and plenty of storage. Adjacent to a sleek glass dining table with seating up to two guests. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher—make cooking & meal prep feel effortless. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a full dinner, you'll find all the essentials: cookware, utensils, dishes, glassware, and even a coffee maker to start your morning right.


SLEEPING AREA:
The sleeping area is cozy, stylish, and perfectly integrated into the open layout. Nestled against a bold navy accent wall, the bed feels like its own intimate retreat while still flowing seamlessly with the rest of the space. Framed by soft curtains and grounded by matching nightstands with a white noise machine, this sleeping nook offers the perfect balance of comfort and character—ideal for unwinding after a day in the city.

BATHROOM:
The bathroom continues the signature style with a clean, modern design set against a backdrop of exposed brick. A sleek vanity is paired with a stylish mirror and a compact walk-in shower. This bathroom is fully stocked with the essentials that any guest would need including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and a hair dryer to ensure a smooth and convenient stay.

THE BUILDING:
This striking red-brick industrial building that has been thoughtfully converted into modern loft-style apartments. Once part of a historic mill complex, known as the Stillman foundry. The structure retains its architectural charm with exposed brick walls, oversized factory-style windows, and soaring ceilings. These features create an airy, light-filled atmosphere and give the building its signature industrial-chic character. Despite the thorough renovations of all our apartments, the building itself remains an older structure and because of this and its proximity to the riverfront, it is considered unsuitable for young children. However, if your children are 6 years or older and you understand these considerations, we would be happy to accommodate your stay. We have one free dedicated off-street parking spot in our driveway.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire apartment. The main entrance to the building is a shared entrance with the other 3 apartments in the building. This apartment is on the 1st floor.

The Neighborhood:
We are located right along the peaceful Woonasquatucket River and just minutes from the heart of downtown Providence. If you’re in the mood to shop or explore, the Providence Place Mall is a 10 minute walk and features a wide range of stores, restaurants like Fogo de Chao, and take a workout class at Cyclebar. Right across the mall the Rhode Island State House is a must-see for its stunning marble dome and panoramic city views. On weekends, take a 10-minute walk to WaterFire events along the river—an unforgettable Providence tradition with bonfires, music, and local food vendors lighting up the night. A short walk away is College Hill, home to Brown University and the Rhode Island School of Design offering a perfect blend of history, culture, and local flavor. Eat on Main Street along the Providence riverwalk at places like Plant City, Harry’s Bar and Burger, and Hemenway’s. This location is ideal for guests visiting local universities like Providence College, Brown University, and Johnson & Wales, or anyone looking to explore the city’s top attractions. If you’re looking for more personalized recommendations on where to eat or explore during your stay, feel free to reach out—we’re always happy to help!

Getting Around:
No car needed, this is a beautiful area of the City to walk around. You can easily get an Uber and Lyft if you need to, or grab one of the scooters the City offers on any nearby sidewalks.

Other Things to Note:
This apartment is located in the corner of a main road which is vibrant and sometimes lively, so there may be a short period when there is a higher-than-normal volume of pedestrians or cars passing by.

The building includes a shared stairwell and a downstairs laundry area accessible to all guests, but the apartments are exclusively for your private use. Engagement of our son- celebrating

Place was very nice. Good location if you want to be down by the river. I felt like the street noise was loud while we were trying to sleep. A Keurig coffee pot would be better because it’s easier and gives everyone an option ( reg vs decaf). I would put low open shelves on both sides of sink in bathroom. There is no place to put things in the bathroom and hamper is probably not needed for most guests. Overall nice place but too loud at night for us. I am a light sleeper. We also could hear people walking in apartment above. Bedding and mattress were great. Bed frame is cheap and squeaks with any movement. It is really a cool apartment and I love the history of the place.

The accommodations are clean, comfortable, and well equipped first floor unit. I enjoyed the easy to access and quiet location.
