This ground-level unit offers direct access to the lake, featuring a lovely screened-in sunroom and a cozy dining table for two. It's the ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee or to grill dinner while admiring the view. Situated off Nichols Road in Osage Beach, it's conveniently close to boat rentals and a marina. The master bedroom and sofa both fitted with queen-size comfort, complemented with laundry facilities in the condo and a kitchen equipped for your basic culinary needs. It's especially suitable for guests with boats, offering easy access to a boat ramp, slip and trailer parking. Enjoy high-speed internet and two smart TVs for entertainment.
