Our Spacious Family Home has 5 Bed, 5.5 bath with large Private Pool/Spa Only 15 mins to Disney, 5 mins to Shopping and 10 minutes to the wonderful restaurants Sunset Walk.

This fully furnished home has all the necessary things to make your family’s vacation perfect. Most rooms have Cable Tv's with private bathrooms and ceiling fans. Enjoy our large screened pool deck, with Large Gas Grill BBQ (extra fees)There is parking for 2 vehicles at this home

The space
This Villa has been the Owner's vacation home till now and they would like to rent their home to family's that are here to visit the Orlando Attractions and respect their home as it is.

This beautiful 2800 sq. ft. Mediterranean styled Home is open plan living and is fully furnished with everything needed for a wonderful vacation

As you walk through the front door; there is a open planned living area that comfortably seats 8 people and a Large Flat TV with cable. Next to that area is the formal dinning room which also seats 8 people. As you walk through the living area towards the back of the home, there is a fully stocked kitchen with 3 barstools and a Nook Area that seats 9 people. The bedrooms are situated on both sides of the home. Through the Kitchen doors and at the back of the home is the West facing Pool and Spa (not a hot tub) that has a large private deck with 6 lounge chairs, and a table with with 4 chairs large Gas BQQ Grill (Rental Fee applies).
There is a guest powder room next to the living area and a laundry closet with washer and dryer

There is a total of 5 bedrooms as follows:
-1 King Master Ensuite with Armchair , Walk in Closet, 3 Vanity's , Full walk in Shower, Garden Tub and Toilet
-1 King Master that shares a bathroom (Walk in Shower and Toilet) with a
-1 Twin room with 2 single beds
-1 Queen Ensuite Room with dual vanity's, tub with shower and toilet
-1 Full Ensuite Room with armchair, dual vanity's, tub with shower and toilet

There are 5.5 bathrooms in this home to include a full bathroom on the pool deck (Shower and Toilet)

The Garage in this home is not for guest use. Guests can park 2 vehicles on the large driveway. This home also does not allow pets or animals

All parts of this home are for Guest use except the closets which are locked and say "Owner Belongings"

The garage is not for Guest use but there is parking on the driveway for 2 vehicles
Other things to note
This Villa is privately owned and the Owners are very proud of their home as it is their home when they visit Florida, so please respect the signs that say Owners Suite and owner Belongings. Also please only rent this home if you are intending on leaving it just as you received it less cleaning for your stay.

We do not accept bookings with pets or animals as the owners of this home suffers with severe asthma and allergies, and visit their home regularly

VistaPark is a small community so even though we encourage you to fully enjoy yourself at the pool, please bear in mind your neighbors, and loud music and noise must stop at 9pm. Parking is not allowed on the grass areas. This home has parking for 2 vehicles on the driveway.

Minimum age to book this Villa is 25 year old.

The BBQ Grill Fee is $55 ( for the use of the grill, when the propane tank is empty, you can refill it at the nearby Walmart for $15)
