The perfect downtown haven to relax and refresh after an enjoyable night out on the town. Enjoy attractions just minutes away and come back to the brand new fully renovated apartment unit to rest and get rejuvenated for the next day. Slow down for a bit in our one-bedroom, which is perfect for staycations, work-cations, and, of course, vacations.
Experience the 1920âs in this Art Deco peacock themed apartment that truly fits the history of this 100 year old building. This large property, built in 1922, was 1st turned into a boarding house. The rooms in the boarding house were later renovated into multiple apartment units where they served as part of an apartment complex for the local community. Your unit, unit 2, has been designed to take you back to the original era of the home. Cozy up in this dark, moody abode and finish off the feel of this historic period with some jazz and a cocktail.
Each guest may feel free to relax on the front porch and in the backyard. The backyard is accessed down the driveway and guests are welcome to enjoy the fire pit. There is also a laundry room which is located near the front door if needed.
We are not on-site, but are available anytime to communicate or help with anything.
Upscale Riverside is home to the Cummer Museum of Art & Gardens, with works by the likes of Norman Rockwell and Winslow Homer.
On Saturdays, the Riverside Arts Market offers local art and live music, plus food trucks. Trendy eateries and gastropubs mix with cool bars and specialty coffee shops, while vintage boutiques cluster in the eclectic Five Points district. On the waterfront, Memorial Park has tree-lined paths.
There is a Maximum of 2 guests per suite per night.

We are pleased to offer complementary bike rentals on a first come, first served basis. The bikes are located on the property and can be accessed by lock-code, given upon request.
