Bohemian Bungalow

This chic colorful apartment is newly furnished with bold colors and comfortable touches. The previous tenant was a Bohemian lady who had a flair for color so we kept the bold paint scheme and expanded on it. The apartment is part of a ground level duplex, and has mostly all new furnishings and updated appliances. The tile in the bathroom is retro style.The location is stellar as you can walk to many of the fun dining and drinking hotspots in trendy Riverside. We are located with in a mile of Interstate 10 and 2 miles from Interstate 95 and the downtown.Dedicated offstreet parking is assigned . A pet is permitted with a $ 50.00 fee up to one week! Guests staying a week or more will have access to the laundry serving my two adjacent duplexes. (A modest fee is charged. )There are security cameras on the premises. Great little spot close to restaurants/bars

Daiv was awesome! Walked in to two delicious cupcakes and a cute little apartment that even had a honor bar. Very relaxing and walkable distance to restaurants/bars. Not to mention greatly priced! 10/10.

Lovely apartment

I love the location and the furnishing/decor of this apartment. Perfect size for a couple. Comfy bed. The couch also was comfy which can be a rarity in rentals. The host was amazing and made us feel at home. We will be back when visiting Jax in future. Great walkable neighborhood too.

Lovely Bungalo

This is the perfect place for a couple to enjoy Jax. Clean and well stocked with everything you may need. We enjoyed coffee on the front porch on sunny mornings. The proximity to restaurants and shops allows for everyone to have a wonderful experience. The host made sure you are happy while staying here. We had a lovely handwritten note welcoming us to the property and giving us a phone number to call if anything was not as it should be. That note was accompanied by delicious cupcakes!! We love this place.

Excellent stay

The property is just as described and pictured, and the host has thought of everything. We were a little concerned with the area as we were driving in but felt completely safe once we got settled and took the dog for a walk around. The host, Daiv, is attentive and thoughtful. Check in was simple, and Daiv left the yummiest cupcakes for us, and even put out a set of dog dishes for our pup. The bed was comfortable, as was the sitting area. The kitchen is very tiny but we were not planning on cooking there anyway so it was not a problem. Overall, we would definitely stay here again and we appreciate Daiv’s attentiveness to his guests.

A quaint eclectic bungalow with all amenities. A good location for dining and easy access to the interstate. Daiv was extremely responsive to my requests. I would stay here again when in town.

This was a tremendous alternative to the cookie cutter hotel room. The property was easy to find. The interior was decorated very nice. Bed was super comfortable. My wife enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the cool morning air. Our host went above and beyond. The welcome gift was delicious.

Nice place but shares wall with another rental

Place was clean, everything u need plus 2 Cupcakes and close to restaurants but a shared wall with another rental was the Demise of my stay as the couple were loud and probably drank too much. They carried on till 2:30 am when the male told the women to go to be, its after 2!

The perfect getaway

Me and my husband travel a lot and this by far one of the best places we’ve stayed I’d have to give it a 10/10 and put it in my Top 5, The owner was very nice he even gave us cupcakes on arrival and we were super excited about that. The rental is well equipped and stocked with things you may have forgotten. We did a one night stay and It was perfect no complaints at all

Perfect Weekend Stay

This was the perfect weekend stay with my wife. Really cool part of town. Accommodations were as advertised and very comfortable. The host had great communication and was very thoughtful about making it a smooth and enjoyable experience. We'll be back!

Bohemian Bungalow-Great Vive

Even though we only stayed 2 nights, we felt like we were staying in our home. We always felt safe and welcomed. Bungalows neighborhood, close to Avalon Historical strip with shops and restaurants, Riverside 5-Point neighborhood and a 20 Minute drive to JAX Beaches. Great Vive

Daiv’s Riverside Retreat

First, I would like to say that the host Daiv is the best and most accommodating and responsive host you could ever ask for with his impeccable customer service, communication and personal touch. The location of the unit is great with restaurants and bars within a 5 minute walk. The place was very quiet and located in an older neighborhood with lots of newly updated older homes. The place offers everything you will need to make you feel comfortable and safe. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Jacksonville.

Loved staying here! My boyfriend and I were extremely comfortable and it was a perfect location in Riverside. We I’ll def stay here again when we’re in town for another football game. The host was extremely nice and accommodating.

One night get away

Nice, eclectic one bedroom. It was clean and has everything you need. Bed was comfy. Diav is a great host. Communicates wonderfully. The two cupcakes and personal note awaiting our arrival were a great touch. Darn good cupcake.

I am originally from Erie Pennsylvania. I have a degree in hospitality management and have been involved in the service industry most of my life. Although I’ve been retired for a while now hospitality is still in my blood and running several B&Bs in rental properties keeps me busy and active.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I chose this neighborhood as it is close to my house. The neighborhood is a very eclectic mix of young families with smaller and older starter homes. There’s lots of And hipster vibe in the area and the location is close to interstate, the dining district and downtown.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Bohemia gets its inspiration from a long-term former tenant who was from Bohemia, who started off with the unique paint scheme in this apartment. I took cues from her and her friends and transformed this mid-century modern apartment in to an unusual collection of art colors and vibrant energy.
