Regarding the roach, this was very unusual and certainly not something we commonly experience at the property. We have routine monthly pest control in place as part of our ongoing maintenance and preventative measures. We also took action promptly after receiving your message and had the property checked to address the concern. As for the upstairs AC, our team checked the system and found it to be operating properly. The temperature settings are designed to maintain the programmed range, and the system was functioning as expected. It’s possible there may have been some confusion with the thermostat settings, but we understand how frustrating it can be when the temperature does not behave as expected during a stay. We appreciate you bringing both concerns to our attention, as guest feedback helps us make sure the property continues to be properly maintained and comfortable for future stays.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize that the smoke/weed odor affected your stay and made your family uncomfortable. Our property has a strict no-smoking policy, including an implemented fine for violations, and we take this policy very seriously. Unfortunately, despite these measures, the previous guests did not follow the policy. As soon as you contacted us, we explained the situation and immediately provided spray to help reduce the odor. We understand how unpleasant this must have been, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We will continue doing everything we can to enforce our no-smoking policy and prevent situations like this from affecting future guests.
