1. Guests must sign the rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, or immediately if arrival is within 48 hours
2. Max occupancy is 6 persons at any given time
3. Booking guest must be 21 years or older and must occupy the property
4. Guests must park in designated driveway parking area or on the street to allow garage access to basement tenant; max 3 vehicles
5. Quiet hours are 11 PM to 7 AM
6. Pets are not allowed on the property
7. No smoking or vaping in the house
8. No parties or events; no glitter/confetti
9. Fire pit must be fully extinguished after use; water bucket available next to garage
