A perfectly designed room with a queen bed, bedside tables with standing lamp. A private 55inch flatscreen on the wall. Plus a spacious closet equipped with extra throw blankets. Right across from guest bathroom.

Bedroom #3
Tandem styled bunk bedroom featuring four full-sized beds. Sharing a convenient nightstand and plush rug. This room is decorated with an enclosed ceiling fan for safety. Ample closet space included. Close access to double sink guest bathroom.

Bedroom 4
this room features a luxury queen memory mattress with an en suite bathroom and desk.


Kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a huge island with bar seating.
Guest access
You will be able to enter the house with our front door digital lock. There are 4 parking spots in the driveway, plus additional street parking along the front street.

Guests have full access to home, backyard & pool.

Garage is locked for owners use only.

* We only host groups over the age of 25+ years old. Will need ID verification.

* All needed basic cooking ware, dining ware, silverware and children’s dinning sets provided.

* Extra large spice cabinet provided. (pullout labeled along side of refrigerator)

* Fresh sheets, towels & pool towels provided.

* Fresh coffee, creamer, and sweetener provided.

* Washer and Dryer available. Laundry detergent provided for on-site laundry.

* Toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and cleaning supplies provided.
