This guest was very disgruntled about the location. We are straightforward with the location in the listing description. We also provide the address when she booked a month prior to her check-in. She knew exactly where this home was. She stayed for the entire week and extended, Never mentioned anything until she checked out and she wanted a refund. We get this home sprayed on a regular basis. We do not have any issues with pests. However, this is the desert so an occasional bug may be seen, but we would jump to schedule a respray if necessary. I do believe that she was just trying to find anything to get a refund.

We provide a starter supply of essential items, as outlined in our listing, and for longer stays guests may need to purchase additional supplies depending on usage. That said, we're always happy to bring more if a guest lets us know during their stay. Regarding the outdoor space, we appreciate your suggestion. We are continually evaluating ways to improve our properties and will certainly keep your feedback in mind. As for the area near the back door, we have inspected the property and have not found evidence of an animal living there, but we will continue to monitor it and take any necessary action if needed. I’m not sure what happened here. We strive very hard to be ensure all our guests are satisfied. There was zero communication from this guest about any issues. We are eager to fix any mistakes we may have made.
