Property was in a great location for visiting most parks in the area. Just a few items that needed some attention: Pool only cleaned on Tuesday, AC system would shutdown in the middle of the day so when we came in from a park it was very uncomfortable inside, found AC system filter very dirty and master bath shower drain was completely blocked after first shower. That being said, the game room was great for the kids and beds were very comfortable.

We'd also like to provide a little additional context for future guests. Our pool is professionally serviced on a weekly schedule. During Florida's rainy season, however, leaves and other natural debris can accumulate quickly, even with a screened enclosure. Regarding the air conditioning, the system was inspected during your stay, including replacing the air filter, and was confirmed to be operating properly. We also provided guidance on using the thermostat to ensure the home remained comfortable during the summer heat. We appreciate you letting us know about the shower drain. We were able to have a plumber resolve the issue the same day, and we're glad it was addressed promptly. Thank you again for staying with us. We appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back on a future visit to Orlando.

The house was exactly as the pictures represented. It was very clean and tidy.Both the pool and game room were in very good shape.We would stay here again.

Great Time

The house was great and met all of our needs. It was very clean and had great amenities. The game room was a nice way to relax and the pool area was well maintained. 10/10 recommend and I would stay here again.

Epic Universe Quick staycation

Property was clean, owner kept I communication before and after check in, took questions and calls anytime of day responding to all inquiries. House fitted perfectly for our use, great location to parks and restaurants and other attractions and stores. Overall a great experience for me using VRBO for first time this was a breeze. I would stay again.

Unfortunately, our stay was not what we expected based on the photos and description on VRBO. The exterior grass was tall, with numerous weeds throughout the landscaped rock areas. The exterior did not match the well-maintained appearance shown in the listing. Cleanliness was a significant concern. The living room carpet was visibly dirty and had not been vacuumed, there were ants in the kitchen, and the master bathroom vent covers were very dirty. There appeared to be dog urine on the bottoms of several curtains throughout the home, raising concerns about how thoroughly the property was cleaned between guests. The host did respond promptly by sending a cleaner to vacuum and provided ant bait. The kitchen and appliances also need attention. Pots and pans were very worn, dishwasher had visible mildew and did not clean properly, and the washer had a strong mildew odor and visible mildew. The gas stove flame would blow out when the A/C duct above it was running. There was also an exterior surveillance camera overlooking the pool that was not disclosed in the listing. The host promptly turned it off when I raised the concern, which I appreciated. Overall, although the host was responsive, the property did not meet the standard presented in the listing. We rented this home to relax and enjoy our getaway, but the experience was disappointing, and we would not stay here again.

We take the cleanliness and condition of our home seriously, and whenever a concern is brought to our attention, we make every effort to address it promptly. When you contacted us regarding the living room rug and ants, we immediately arranged for someone to return to the home to vacuum and provided ant treatment. We appreciate your acknowledgment of our responsiveness. Since your stay, we have made additional changes to address the concerns raised. We have changed our cleaning company and have reviewed our cleaning standards to ensure the home is being properly prepared and inspected between guests. The issue around the shower area was related to a leak, which has since been repaired, and the affected area is being addressed as part of that repair. Regarding the exterior, our lawn is professionally serviced every two weeks. During Florida’s rainy season, the combination of frequent rainfall, heat, and rapid grass growth can unfortunately cause the lawn to grow considerably between scheduled services. Nevertheless, we understand that the exterior appearance is an important part of a guest’s first impression and are continuing to monitor it closely. We appreciate the feedback, as it has allowed us to identify areas requiring additional attention and make improvements to the property. While we are disappointed that your stay did not reflect the experience we strive to provide, we have taken the concerns seriously and have already implemented changes to help ensure a better experience for future guests.
